  With reference to these drawings, the device comprises an upper container (3) a lower container (9) an internal container (7) and a cover 0 (1) the internal container can be covered with a plastic bag (6) The top cover (1) (fig.3) is fitted with a hatch (2) for filling litter from the upper tank (3). of 40cm for the length.
