Abstract

The circular saw for cutting metal tubes has a feed motor integrated with an electronic control (10) to form a module which can be replaced by a manual control if needed. The base plate (4) is connected to a guide pin (5) carrying a rotary support (6) for a cutter (7) and its drive (8). The rotary support can have a toothed crown (11) to engage a feed motor gearing.
