Abstract

The pipe fastener consists of a moulded one-piece plastic component in the form of a base with a concave surface (10b) to receive the pipe (C) and for hammering it into a hole in a wall, a solid dowel (12) with fixing rings (12a), and a flexible strip (10f) that passes over the pipe and has a toothed free end (10g) engaging with notches (10j) in the opposite side of the base. The free end of the strip also has an outer lip forming a cavity for inserting a tool such as a screwdriver for fixing and releasing the strip.

  The invention relates to the technical sector of collars and fastening devices for pipes, made of plastic material of the type comprising a collar part extended by a fitting pin capable of penetrating a fixing wall, this

  together being in one piece, obtained by molding.

  According to the prior art represented in FIGS. 1, 2 and 3, there is illustrated,

  but not limited to, three examples of pipe fixing devices.

  According to Figure 1, the fixing device (1) shown is described in - French patent No. 2,515,776 and comprises a lower bracket (la) capable of receiving an upper bracket (lb) articulated with possibility of opening by through a hinged device (2) obtained by thinning the material on one of its sides. The upper stirrup comprises, on its free side, a hook (lc) come by molding which, when the two parts of the collar are closed, comes to snap into a part o female antagonist (ld) that includes the end free from the lower bracket, the two ends of the collar thus being connected together by the mechanical action resulting from their shape. The lower stirrup is extended by a dowel (3) integral with the latter by molding which is provided with ribs (3a) in the form of thin disks which project outwards. This: 5 dowel is perforated throughout its length to allow the insertion of a screw (4) which, after installation, causes the radial expansion of the constituent walls of the dowel to ensure anchoring in the hole

  This implementation of the collar thus considered requires various operations of perforation of the hole, positioning of the collar by means of its anchoring pin and then the introduction of the screw which allows the radial spacing of the walls of the pin to be anchor in the wall of the corresponding wall.   Also known, according to the prior art shown in Figure 2, an anchoring collar (5) which comprises a body (5a) extended at its base by a peg anchor (5b) perforce allowing the introduction of a screw (6) connecting and spacing the walls (5c) of said pin. The body is extended upwards by two substantially curvilinear borders but leaving a space between them and playing the clip function to allow

  the insertion of a pipeline and its retention.

  In this implementation also, this suggests a separate intervention by positioning the dowel in the hole, then the introduction of the adjusting and anchoring screw. Another disadvantage lies in the fact that the conduits can be released in the event of handling or impact., 1nopmes. There is also known a device for fixing pipes described in French patent n 2,528,527 in which a body is arranged with a longitudinal opening in its length allowing the introduction of a spacer screw and adjusting a dowel. anchoring, the body extending outwardly with a collar shape having a notched free strand capable of engaging, after its circumvention of the conduit or pipe, in a connecting and retaining element formed opposite

on the body.

  Also shown, as a variant in FIG. 3, a device (7) of the same type. We find the notion of a collar (7a) with a berccau shape receiving a conduit (C) to be inserted, a notched strand or tongue (7b) which is capable of surrounding said conduit and coming to anchor in a device closure (7c) formed on the collar. The lower part of the latter is arranged with openings (7d) and housings (7e) allowing insertion

of the anchor screw.

  The prior art considered which is used to the knowledge of the applicant is subject to a number of drawbacks insofar as it requires different successive intervention operations recalled above. The aim sought after according to the invention was to provide the user with a new concept of fixing device which is simple to manipulate o which eliminates the number of interventions for the installation and fixing of the

conduit and pipeline.

  Another object sought after according to the invention was the design of an attachment and fastening device which would have the quality of locking in: 5 position such that it prevents the sliding of the duct enclosed by a.

firm tightening in poston.

  Another object sought after according to the invention was to provide a new device which can be dismantled once fixed to allow all

  site operations and interventions, for example with a view to

change of pipes.

  These and other goals will emerge well from the rest of the

description.

  According to a first characteristic of the invention, the attachment and fixing device for pipes of the type comprising a collar portion extending by a fitting means capable of o penetrating into a fixing wall, the assembly being in one piece by molding , is remarkable in that it comprises a base body, the upper part of which is designed to constitute a support and positioning cradle for the received pipe duct, simultaneously constituting a striking zone, and in that the base body has, in its lower extension, a solid non-perforated peg, arranged on its periphery with a plurality of circular discs forming lips, and what one of the lateral edges of the basic body receives, by means of an extra thickness in material, a flexible tongue intended to surround the duct or pipe, and in that the free end of this tongue o advantageously has s notches which are likely to adjust and cooperate with complementary notches formed on the other

lateral edge of the base body.

  These and other characteristics will become apparent from the following

the description.

  To fix the object of the invention, illustrated in a nonlimiting manner in the figures of the drawings, o: - Figures 1, 2 and 3 are views of clamps for attaching and fixing pipes, according to the prior art, - Figure 4 is a view of a fastening and fixing device, s according to the invention, before clamping a conduit or pipe, - Figure 5 is a view similar to Figure 4 after clamping the conduit or pipe, - Figure 6 is a view of the attachment and fixing device in the raised position of its means for clamping the conduit, - Figures 7 and 8 are views relative to Figure 6, right view, view on the left of the device according to the invention, - Figure 9 is a schematic view illustrating the fixing and attached device; according to the invention, in a given application. In order to make the object of the invention more concrete, it is described

  now in a nonlimiting manner illustrated in the figures of the drawings.

  The fixing device, according to the invention, is referenced as a whole by (10). It is remarkable in that it is made in a single piece in a molding including, in combination, a base body (lOa) whose upper part is arranged to constitute a support (lOb) for support and positioning of the duct conduit (C) received while simultaneously constituting a striking zone to allow its insertion, as will be seen later. The base body (lOa) has, in its lower extension, a solid peg (ll) non-perforated arranged on its periphery with a plurality of circular discs (lla) forming lips capable of a deformation lodge at the end during anchoring in the receiving hole. Said base body so (lOa) has, in its upper part, on either side of the area in berccau (l Ob), two horizontal parts (l Oc) which can also constitute the striking part to allow the sinking of the whole

in the receiving hole.

  One of the side edges (lOd) of the base body receives, by means of an extra thickness of material (lOe), a flexible tongue (lOf) intended to surround the conduit or pipe (C). The free end (lOg) of this tongue advantageously has notches (l Oh) which are capable of adjusting and cooperating with complementary notches

  o (l Oj) formed on the other side edge (l Ok) of the base body.

  In a preferred implementation, the notched zones formed on the free end of the tongue and on the lateral edge of the base body are established in a specific manner. Indeed, the notches are arranged over half the width of said free end of the tongue and of said lateral edge so as to obtain, on the same plane, a projecting area formed by the notch part and a free area. In a complementary manner, the notch zones arranged on the free end of the tongue and on the lateral edge of the base body, are arranged in half parts with an offset of o notch thickness, thus making it possible to obtain a positioning in staggered notch parts complementary to staggered positioning of the notch areas. The implementation carried out on the tongue and on the aforementioned lateral edge is such that there is complementarity, which makes it possible to obtain a firm and stable positioning of the assembly. On: 5 thus eliminates any lateral movement of the tongue in the event of untimely stress on the duct or pipe. There is thus thus a lateral blocking of said tongue which cannot deviate in one direction or another from the advantageous arrangement of the parts of the aforementioned notches and the conformation of abutment zones (10m) established on the lateral ends

said notches.

  This staggered and alternating arrangement of recesses and protrusions constituting the male and female interlocking parts allowing the tongue to be used in a hook configuration is particularly

  s advantageous in the strength and rigidity of the fixing assembly.

  According to a complementary and advantageous arrangement, the visible end of the tongue has, substantially in a plane above its notched inner end part, a lip (lOn) complementary o established over all or part of its width and open towards the high. This lip defines an interior cavity for the reception of a tool such as a screwdriver, allowing in effect, by tilting the screwdriver, the opening of the collar shape by the release of the free end of the tongue by

  relative to the notched area of the base body.

  Thus, and according to the invention, the base body has a lower rectangular plane (lOp) or the like, the width of which is substantially greater than the diameter of the underlying peg so as to constitute a support and stability zone for the device. fixing avoiding any tilting of

  This device according to the invention is therefore particularly advantageous by its design. I1 first of all eliminates any need for the use of an attached rod or screw allowing anchoring in an ankle shape as mentioned

  s previously, according to the prior art.

  In practice, and in the example shown in FIG. G of the drawings, it suffices for the operator, in relation to a precise connection problem, to establish his pilot holes in the wall to be drilled and receiving devices o then to introduce the ankle part by fitting and striking on the cradle or the support planes (lOc) of the said devices, the striking being effected without deterioration in the bottom of the cradle or on the horizontal walls arranged on either side of the latter. Once positioned in the holes, the operator must simply position the conduits or pipes and then close the tab by simple manual action. The removal of the conduit or pipe can be carried out without difficulty by opening the tongues after positioning the screwdriver in the lip and corresponding reception area causing the separation of the tongue by its

  end and thereby freeing the notches from the base body.

  According to the invention, the monobloc device obtained is multifunctional.

  The operator and installer need only have one set of fixing and fastening device as mentioned. It no longer uses, in its handling,

  parts and accessories such as screws, anchor rods and hollow plugs.

  Another advantage of this device is the offset of the

  duct relative to the plane of the wall or wall.

  The advantages emerge clearly from the invention.

Claims (1)

CLAIMS -l- Attachment and fixing device for pipes of the type comprising a collar part extended by a fitting means capable of penetrating a fixing wall, the assembly being in one piece by molding, characterized in that it comprises a base body (lOa) the upper part of which is arranged to constitute a cradle (lOb) for supporting and positioning the o duct conduit (C) received while simultaneously constituting a striking zone, and in that the body base (lOa) has, in its lower extension, a solid peg (ll) not perforated, arranged on its periphery with a plurality of discs (lla) circular forming lips, and that one of the side edges (lOd ) from the base body receives, by means of an extra thickness of material (lOe), a flexible tongue (lOf) intended to surround the conduit or pipe (C), and in that the free end (lOg) of this tab present of s notches (lOh) which are likely to adjust and cooperate with complementary o notches (l Oj) formed on the other lateral edge (l Ok) of the base body. -2- Attachment and fixing device according to claim l, characterized in that said base body (lOa) has, in its upper part, on either side of the barrel area (lOb), two horizontal parts (lOc) which can constitute the striking part. -3- Attachment and fixing device according to claim l, characterized in that the notches are arranged over half the width of said o free end of the tongue and said lateral edge so as to obtain, on a same plan, a projecting zone formed by the notch part and a free zone,   28251 32   and in that the notch areas arranged on the free end of the tongue and on the lateral edge of the base body are arranged in half parts with a notch of a notch thickness, thus making it possible to obtain staggered positioning notch parts complementary to staggered positioning of the notch areas. -4Attachment and fixing device according to claim 3, characterized in that the arrangement of said notches provides a lateral locking function of said tongue which cannot deviate in one direction or another from the advantageous arrangement parts of the aforementioned notches and the configuration of abutment zones (lm) established on the lateral ends said notches.   -5- Attachment and fixing device according to claim 1, characterized in that the visible end of the tongue has, substantially in a plane above its notched inner end portion, a lip (ln) complementary established over all or part of its width and open upwards, and in that this lip defines an interior cavity for the reception of a tool such as a screwdriver, allowing in effect, by tilting the screwdriver, the opening of the collar form by the clearance of the free end of the tongue relative to the notched area of the base body. -6- Attachment and fixing device according to claim 1, characterized in that the base body has a lower plane (lp) rectangular or similar, whose width is substantially greater than the diameter of the underlying pin so as to constitute a support and   stability of the fixing device avoiding any tilting of the latter.
