Abstract

The invention concerns an ashtray (10) comprising a body delimited by a wall which, in use configuration of the ashtray, has a generally convergent shape from one first end (E1) of said body, provided with an opening for accessing (14) inside said body, towards a second end (E2) of said body capable of being driven into a loose material such as sand or snow. The body consists of a single blank (13) made of flexible material comprising at least a cut-out (16) forming a smoking article support and means (22, 24, 30, 32) for closing the access opening.

The present invention relates to a disposable outdoor ashtray of conical shape, provided with a closure system. In general, we know that the technical design of outdoor ashtrays only partially responds to the use adapted to the natural environment. For growing concern for ecology, this type of ashtray has developed: these can take, for example, the form of a metal box with a lid or even a cardboard folding system.

Most often through events, public institutions (regional council, municipalities ...) cover the costs of manufacturing and distribution.

Ashtray distribution is therefore now carried out manually and randomly depending on demand.

 At the beach or in the mountains, smokers are faced with the lack of suitable containers for collecting ashes and butts. Consequently, either smokers throw their cigarette butts in the nature, or use some container at hand acting as an ashtray (empty cigarette packets, cans, packets of cake ...).

The invention therefore more particularly aims to improve the ease of use and distribution of outdoor ashtrays, suitable for sand or snow.

By means of free dispensers installed near accesses to beaches or ski slopes, the invention therefore ensures the state of cleanliness of the natural sites thus equipped.

More specifically, this outdoor ashtray has the major particularity of being in a conical shape which allows it to be planted in the sand or snow (not limiting). This includes at least one rest ensuring the insertion and the maintenance of the cigarette. A closing system by folding and by means of a tab allows a multi-use use. All the materials used are ecological and recyclable, and make this ashtray disposable. True advertising medium, its distribution remains free.

As shown in Figure 1, the ashtray is made in one piece from a cutting plan on a fireproof cardboard paper. Conical in shape (1), the top is slightly pointed (2). The base is provided with two cigarette rests (3) and a tongue (4). These rests each have a notch which allows the insertion and maintenance of the cigarette once the restrained.

These notches are produced by cutting in the shape of a rectangle as shown in FIG. 1 (3). The ashtray includes a closing system obtained by folding (5).

The tongue reinforces the closure of the ashtray after having inserted it into a cutout provided for this purpose (6).

This system prevents the contents from spilling out. Figure 2. Thanks to the use of flexible and malleable materials, this closure system allows several uses.

Real advertising medium, the internal and / or external part of the ashtray is coated with an advertisement, pasted or printed figure 1 (7).

According to the preceding embodiment, FIGS. 3 and 4 constitute alternative embodiments of the ashtray.

As shown in Figure 3 the ashtray is truncated at its top (8).

As shown in Figure 4 the ashtray has a square base (9).

 Claims: 1) Disposable outdoor ashtray characterized in that it fits into a conical shape (1) which allows it to be planted for example in sand or in snow (2), that it is made from a cutting plane comprising cigarette rests (3) which each have a notch intended to hold the cigarette and in that it comprises a folding closure system (5) provided with a tongue (4) inserted in a cutout (6), that it is made of flexible and fireproof materials, the ashtray being intended to receive a print (7).  2) Ashtray according to claim 1, characterized in that the conical shape (1) and its top are truncated.
