Toutefois les cigarettes posées sur ce support ne sont pas stables, elles peuvent s'envoler avec le vent, tomber dans le cendrier et s'éteindre ou pire brûler le cendrier. Ces cendriers ne sont destinés qu'à la réception de la cendre de cigarette et ne résolvent pas réellement les problèmes des fumeurs quant au mégot incandescent ou de l'encombrement une fois que le fumeur a une cigarette en main et éventuellement le cendrier dans l'autre, il lui est impossible de faire autre chose comme par exemple répondre au téléphone.STATE OF THE ART The fight against smoking is only amplifying, public places are still allowed to smoke. REVENDICATIONS1. Ashtray comprising a conically shaped container (1) comprising a wall (2), an apex (7), a base (3) and a median plane (5) separating the container (1) into an upper part (4) defined by a space located between the median plane (5) and the base (3), and a lower part defined by a space situated between the median plane (5) and the apex (7), characterized in that the container (1) comprises in the upper part (4) at least one orifice (8) passing through the wall (2) of said container (1) configured to receive a cigarette and maintain it transversely to the plane of the wall (2).

2. Ashtray according to the preceding claim being integral.

3. Ashtray according to any one of the preceding claims wherein the ashtray is configured to be stackable.

4. Ashtray according to one of the preceding claims wherein the at least one orifice (8) is positioned in an upper zone of the upper part (4).

5. Ashtray according to the preceding claim wherein the at least one orifice (8) is positioned between 1 and 2 cm from the base (3) of the cone.

An ashtray according to any one of the preceding claims comprising a reinforcing rib (9) arranged parallel to the median plane (5).

7. Ashtray according to the preceding claim wherein the reinforcing rib (9) is disposed in the upper part (4) of the cone.

An ashtray according to any one of the preceding claims comprising an interior volume (13) defined by the wall of the cone, said interior volume being open at the base (3) of the cone.

9. Ashtray according to the preceding claim not comprising a lid for closing the interior volume (13) of the container (1).

An ashtray according to any one of the preceding claims comprising a plurality of zones of weakness (11) configured to facilitate the crushing of the ashtray.

15. Ashtray according to any one of the preceding claims being composed of a metal, preferably aluminum. 10

16. Ashtray according to any one of the preceding claims wherein said at least one orifice (8) has a diameter of 5 to 10 mm, preferably 8 mm, configured to receive a cigarette.

Ashtray according to any one of the preceding claims wherein the distance separating the vertex (7) and the base (3) of the cone is 8 to 12 cm, preferably 10 cm, the thickness of the wall (2) is from 30 to 70 μm, the largest dimension of the base (3) of the cone is 65 to 72 mm, preferably between 70 and 71 mm.
