Abstract

The method for fitting shrink-wrapping film (1) on to a sheet of cardboard to hold objects in position when the sheet is assembled to form a box comprises folding the sheet to form an upper (la) and a lower (1b) layer. The lower layer is glued to the sheet with permanent adhesive. The free edge (1c) of the upper layer, which is wider than the lower layer, is then glued to the sheet with temporary adhesive.
