Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an envelope sheet and an envelope.
[0002]
[Problems to be solved and used by the invention]
For example, an envelope made of a pair of envelope paper made of paperboard is used to send various documents, etc., and a document is inserted through the outlet on one side of the envelope portion on which the envelope paper is overlapped. The sealing piece connected to the side on the outlet side of one envelope outer shape paper is folded to close the outlet. Then, when closing the outlet by the sealing piece, that is, when sealing, the sealing piece and the corresponding portion of the other envelope outer paper on which this sealing piece overlaps are connected via an adhesive applied linearly across the envelope width direction. To ensure that the outlet is closed.
[0003]
By the way, when the recipient of the envelope opens the envelope, it is generally performed to open the gap between the envelope piece and the corresponding portion of the envelope outline paper so that the center portion of the envelope piece is rolled. Since the adhesive portion between the sealing piece and the corresponding portion is formed in a band shape over the envelope width direction by the adhesive, the following inconvenience is likely to occur when the sealing piece is rolled.
That is, at the initial stage of opening, the separation boundary between the sealing piece and the corresponding portion is substantially parallel to the bonding portion between the sealing piece and the corresponding portion, and the separation boundary is relatively in the bonding portion direction (envelope width direction). It becomes longer and the tensile force is dispersed. And since the sealing piece is pulled so that the draw boundary moves in the direction crossing the adhesive part in a long state, the resistance increases and it is difficult for the sealing piece to move up in the central portion, and an excessive tensile force is applied. There is also a problem that the inconvenience of breaking the sealed piece occurs.
When separating the adhesive portion between the sealing piece and the corresponding portion of the envelope, the inventor crossed the direction of the adhesive portion and the direction of the separation boundary so that the length of the separation boundary with respect to the adhesion portion. We focused on the fact that the draw boundary is smoothly moved and the sealing piece and the corresponding portion are easily separated. Therefore, the present invention has an object to make the direction of the separation boundary with respect to the adhesive portion easily intersect at the initial stage of opening when the sealing piece whose outlet is closed is lifted from the central portion, and the opening requires an excessive pulling force. The purpose is to make it smoother.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has been made in consideration of the above problems, and a pair of envelope outline papers that form an envelope part that overlaps one side to be an outlet, and an outlet of the envelope part connected to one envelope outline paper. An envelope sheet comprising a sealing piece capable of closing the envelope, on one of the opposing surfaces of the sealing piece and a corresponding portion of the envelope outer paper corresponding when the sealing piece closes the outlet. A light release portion is provided in which the release varnish printing surface is discontinuously arranged across the width direction, and the length in the envelope width direction of the release varnish printing surface on the center side of the light release portion The envelope is characterized in that the dimension is larger than the length in the envelope width direction of the release varnish printing surface on the side portion side, and the adhesive is applied linearly so as to overlap the light release portion. A sheet is provided to solve the above problems.
[0005]
Further, another invention is a pair of envelope outer papers that form an envelope part that overlaps with one side as an outlet, and a sealing piece that is connected to one envelope outer paper and can close the outlet of the envelope part A direction for the envelope portion width direction on either one of the opposing surfaces of the sealing piece and the corresponding portion of the envelope outer paper corresponding when the sealing piece closes the outlet. Is provided with a light release portion formed by discontinuously disposing the release varnish print surface, and the length dimension in the envelope width direction of the release varnish print surface on the center side of the light release portion is the side portion side. The envelope sheet is characterized in that it is larger than the length dimension of the release varnish printing surface in the envelope width direction, and an adhesive is applied linearly at a position overlapping the light release portion. An object sheet is provided to solve the above problems.
[0006]
Still another invention is provided with an envelope portion in which a pair of envelope outer papers are overlapped and one side is taken out as an outlet, and the sealing piece connected to one envelope outer paper is folded to close the outlet, and the sealing piece And a corresponding portion of the envelope outer paper on which the sealing piece overlaps with each other via an adhesive, one of the opposing surfaces of the sealing piece and the corresponding portion of the envelope outer paper. The adhesive is applied linearly across the width of the envelope, and a light release portion is provided on the other facing surface with the release varnish printing surface being discontinuous across the position where the adhesive faces. The length dimension in the envelope width direction of the peeling varnish printing surface on the center side of the light peeling portion is larger than the length dimension in the envelope width direction of the peeling varnish printing surface on the side side. This envelope is provided to solve the above problems.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, the present invention will be described in detail based on the embodiment shown in FIGS.
In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes an envelope. The envelope 1 is connected to a pair of envelope outer papers 2 and 3 via a folding part 4 and is folded on the side opposite to the folding part 4 of one envelope outer paper 2. It is made from the envelope sheet 6 in which the sealing pieces 5 are connected via the part 4. Then, the envelope outer papers 2 and 3 are overlapped, and the side portions orthogonal to the folding portion 4 are bonded to each other via an adhesive 7 to form an envelope portion 9 having one side as an outlet 8, and this envelope is formed. With the container A in the portion 9, the sealing piece 5 is folded to the envelope outer paper 3 side to close the outlet 8, and the corresponding portion 10 of the envelope outer paper 3 corresponding to the overlapped sealing piece 5 Are bonded with an adhesive 7.
[0008]
In the envelope 1, the adhesive 7 is applied to the facing surface 5 a of the sealing piece 5 in a linear shape across the width direction of the envelope part (see FIG. 4), and the sealing piece 5 is folded down to the envelope outer paper 3 side. Thus, the facing surfaces 5a, 10a of the sealing piece 5 and the corresponding portion 10 are bonded together by the adhesive 7, and the adhesive portion 12 of the sealing piece 5 and the corresponding portion 10 is formed across the envelope portion width direction. The adhesive force of the adhesive 7 is adjusted so that the sealing piece 5 and the corresponding portion 10 are separated by applying a predetermined pulling force at the portion directly attached to the facing surface 10a of the corresponding portion 10.
Then, as shown in FIG. 2, a light peeling portion 11 is provided across the envelope portion width direction so as to overlap the position of the adhesive 7 on the facing surface 10 a of the corresponding portion 10. The light release portion 11 is formed by discontinuously printing a release varnish, and the adhesive force on the corresponding portion 10 side of the adhesive 7 that overlaps the position of each release varnish printing surface 13 is as follows. It is smaller than the adhesive force at the portion directly adhered to the corresponding portion 10 side. There are a plurality of peeled varnish printing surfaces 13 at the position where the adhesive 7 overlaps, but the entire adhesive portion 12 is such that other objects are caught on the sealing piece 5 when the envelope 1 is handled normally. Even if this occurs, the sealing piece 5 does not rise, and the closed state of the outlet 8 can be reliably maintained.
[0009]
In the light release portion 11, the release varnish printing surface 13 is positioned discontinuously, and the envelope width of the release varnish printing surface 13 on the center side is the same in the direction orthogonal to the envelope width direction. The length dimension B in the direction is larger than the length dimension C in the envelope width direction of the peeling varnish printing surface 13 on the side portion side, and the length dimension D between the peeling varnish printing surfaces 14 on the center side is The length dimension E between the peeling varnish printing surfaces 14 on the side portion side is smaller than the length dimension E. In addition, the dimension in the direction orthogonal to the envelope width direction of the light peeling portion 11 is larger than the line width of the adhesive 7.
Thus, since the length dimension B of the peeling varnish printing surface 13 on the center side of the light peeling portion 11 where the adhesive 7 overlaps in the bonding portion 12 is long, the center portion of the sealing piece 5 is rolled as shown in FIG. When the adhesive portion 12 is opened so as to be raised, the separation boundary X proceeds in a direction traversing the adhesive portion 12 in a shape that protrudes toward the proximal end side of the sealing piece 5 at the initial stage of the opening. If the direction of each of the separation boundaries X divided into two intersects with the direction of the adhesive portion 12 and the gap between the sealing piece 5 and the corresponding portion 10 is opened as it is, the direction of the separation boundary X In the state of crossing the direction of the adhesive portion 12, the portion of the release varnish printing surface 13 and the portion of the separation varnish printing surface 14 are alternately advanced toward the end of the light release portion 11 (FIG. 3).
[0010]
In the envelope 1, the length of the release varnish printing surface 13 gradually decreases and the length of the separation varnish printing surface 14 gradually increases from the center to the side of the light release portion 11. The opposing surfaces 5a and 10a of the sealing piece 5 and the corresponding portion 10 are properly bonded together as the entire portion 12, but if the sealing piece 5 is lifted from the central portion for opening, as described above The separation boundary X moves so that the direction of the separation boundary X intersects the direction of the adhesive portion 12 in any of the portion of the separation varnish printing surface 13 and the portion between the separation varnish printing surfaces 14. Therefore, the length of the two draw boundaries X is shortened, and a pulling force that draws the sealing piece 5 and the corresponding portion 10 is applied to the short draw boundary X, so that the sealing piece 5 is smoothly lifted. This will not interfere with the opening operation.
In the envelope 1, the adhesive 7 is applied to the facing surface 5 a of the sealing piece 5, and the light peeling portion 11 is provided on the facing surface 10 a of the corresponding portion 10, but as described later, the facing surface 5 a of the sealing piece 5 is provided. The light peeling part 11 may be provided, and the adhesive 7 may be applied to the facing surface 10 a of the corresponding part 10.
[0011]
FIG. 4 shows an envelope sheet 6 for obtaining the envelope 1, and a pair of envelope outer papers 2 and 3 are connected via the folding part 4, and the folding part 4 of one envelope outer paper 2 and The sealing piece 5 is connected to the opposite side via the folding part 4. Then, an adhesive 7 is applied to each of the opposite sides when folded and orthogonal to the folded portion 4 of the envelope outer paper 2, 3, and the folded portion 4 on the facing surface 5a of the sealing piece 5 The adhesive 7 is applied along the opposite side. Further, the light peeling portion 11 is located on the facing surface 10a of the corresponding portion 10 of the envelope outer shape paper 3 when the sealing piece 5 is folded, corresponding to the adhesive 7 when the sealing piece 5 is folded. It is provided.
In the envelope sheet 1, the adhesive 7 is applied to the facing surface 5 a of the sealing piece 5, and the light peeling portion 11 is provided on the facing surface 10 a of the corresponding portion 10, but conversely on the facing surface 5 a of the sealing piece 5. The light peeling part 11 may be provided, and the adhesive 7 may be applied to the facing surface 10 a of the corresponding part 10.
[0012]
Further, FIG. 5 shows another example of the envelope sheet 6. The light peeling portion 11 is provided along the side opposite to the folding portion 4 of the sealing piece 5 and overlaps the light peeling portion 11. In this way, the adhesive 7 may be applied. And you may make it provide the structure which piles up the adhesive agent 7 on this light peeling part 11 in the opposing surface 10a of the corresponding part 10 instead of the said sealing piece 5. FIG.
Note that the adhesive 7 may be hot melt, or may generate adhesive force by applying required adhesive conditions without exhibiting adhesive force in a normal state, and can be selected as necessary. .
[0013]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention described above, the adhesive for adhering the sealing piece for closing the outlet of the envelope portion and the corresponding portion facing the overlapped portion overlaps the light peeling portion with the discontinuous peeling varnish printed surface, Since the length of the peeling varnish printing surface at the center of the light peeling portion is longer than the length of the peeling varnish printing surface at the side, when the sealing piece is rolled up from the center, the sealing piece and the corresponding part are The separation boundary to be divided becomes a direction intersecting the direction of the adhesion portion, and the length of the separation boundary is shortened with respect to the adhesion portion, and a tensile force is applied to the short separation boundary, By applying an appropriate pulling force to lift up the sealing piece, the sealing piece and the corresponding part can be separated and the opening operation can be performed smoothly, resulting in tearing of the sealing piece and damage around the outlet. No practicality The one in which an effect.
