The present invention relates to a means for depositing or introducing waste or garbage, previously scanned, directly in a garbage bag holder or in a bin.

The invention may be for household use, but it more particularly relates to shops such as: hairdressing salons, small animal grooming salons, bars, cafes, restaurants or other places requiring frequent sweeping in front of the clientele.

The collection of this garbage is traditionally carried out using a brush used to push the garbage in a small shovel, then transported using the shovel in a garbage bag or in a bin.

This way of operating takes, for the users, time and obliges the user to bend down and to use material not necessarily decorative, (shovel, brush, garbage bag or trash can.) It is also possible to use a vacuum cleaner for refuse collection, but this is generally used when there is little waste, and not in front of customers, (noise.) There is also a system made of a container in which one pushes garbage from the bottom, you can also introduce it from the top. This system clumps the garbage to the bottom of the container and forces the user to manually empty the garbage, at the risk of having to touch it if it sticks or gets stuck at the bottom or in the corners, it is also difficult to realize the moment or the bottom of the container and full except when it overflows.

The access ramp also becomes, by the possibilities of more aesthetic forms covering a dustbin, a decorative object which can thus take place, in view, in the previously mentioned shops, therefore not cluttering the rear shops, not necessarily spacious.

According to particular embodiments: the ramp of a simple manufacturing, is posed on an edge of the dustbin (figure 2), it includes on each sides, edges to prevent waste from falling (6) as well as a return (5) to block it on the trash can.

The ramp can wrap around and hide the bin (Figure 4), the sides of the ramp then descend to the ground, (8) one side is open to allow the introduction of the bin under the ramp (10), or according to another manufacturing method not illustrated, it is the rear part of the invention which is open to allow the trash can to be slid under.

At the top of the ramp, an orifice allows the waste pushed by the broom to fall directly into the bin (9). Not illustrated, but in all manufacturing cases, the bottom of the ramp, (7) in contact with the ground, is more or less beveled for better contact which does not allow waste

 to pass underneath, but above when pushed by the broom.

The width between the edges of the invention may be different from the brooms used: For example, the brooms specific to hairdressing salons, made of rubber, have a width of 30 cm. While the brooms used by housewives generally have a width of 27 cm.

The manufacturing method used: injected or, and molding, as well as the materials used for its manufacture glass fibers reinforced polyester resin, but also composite materials, and plastic, as well as thermoplastic, dyed in the mass facilitate cleaning thus increasing the hygiene, and also have a low weight.

The invention is also of substantially frustoconical or flared shape, so that several models can be largely fitted into each other. The accompanying drawings illustrate the invention. FIG. 1 represents the invention in its simplest mode of manufacture, seen in profile and in perspective.

Figure 2 shows the invention in its simplest mode of manufacture, placed on a trash can.

Figure 3 shows the invention in a more aesthetic and decorative mode hiding the trash or garbage bag. Figure 4 shows this same decorative model, with the trash can that you slide under by the open side.

Claims (7)

CLAIMS 1) Means for depositing or introducing waste or garbage, previously scanned, directly in a garbage bag holder or in a bin, characterized in that it comprises a ramp (fig. 1), provided with flanges (6 ), placed on the ground, rising above a trash can, or a garbage bag on its support (fig. 2), in which the garbage falls when pushed by a broom without any manipulation or contact, leaves with the broom, between the user and the garbage. 2) Means according to claim 1 characterized in that the ramp (fig.1) is provided with flanges (6) to prevent waste from falling on the sides. 3) Means according to claim 1 characterized in that the ramp is provided with a return (5) at its top to prevent it from sliding from the trash or garbage bag on its support. 4) Means according to claim 1 characterized in that the ramp (2) can be simply posed by its base on the ground and at its top on a trash can, a garbage bag on its support, or on any other receptacles. 5) Means according to claim 1 characterized in that the ramp can hide and cover a bin, a garbage bag on its support, or any other receptacles (4), being provided with side and rear parts (8) down to on the ground, and at the top of an opening allowing the refuse to fall into a receptacle (9), as well as a rear opening, or on one side, or on the other, (10) for the introduction a trash can. 6) Means according to claim 1 characterized in that the invention is of substantially frustoconical or flared shape, so that several models can be nested largely in each other.  7) Means according to claim 1 characterized in that the bottom of the ramp (7), in contact with the ground, is more or less <Desc / Clms Page number 5>  bevelled for better contact not allowing waste to pass underneath, but above when pushed by the broom.
