FIG. 8 is a schematic view of an overall structure of another example of the trash can according to the embodiment of the present application; fig. 9 is a schematic view of the rigid support member of the trash can of fig. 8 when collapsed. Compared with the embodiment shown in fig. 1 to 7, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the opening 12 is provided with a rigid support member 80 extending upward, the rigid support member 80 is hinged to the first container body 10, and when the closing-up drawstring of the trash bag is pulled, the upper end of the rigid support member 80 deflects into the container opening 11 to gradually disengage the bag opening from the first container body 10.
In this embodiment, the opening 12 is provided with a rigid support member 80 extending upward, the rigid support member 80 is made of a rigid material (such as hard plastic, etc.), and cannot be bent or deformed, at this time, the rigid support member 80 is hinged to the first barrel body 10, when the garbage bag is pulled to one side, the upper end of the rigid support member 80 can be driven to deflect into the barrel opening 11 under the action of the opening of the garbage bag, so that the height of the upper end of the rigid support member 80 is reduced, and the opening of the garbage bag easily falls off from the first barrel body 10. When the garbage bag is sleeved, the supporting force provided by the rigid supporting piece 80 is large, the operation is easier, and the supporting force to the garbage bag is strong, so that the problem that the garbage bag slides into the garbage can due to insufficient supporting force to the garbage bag on the upper edge of the garbage can body in the garbage can delivery process can be avoided. And the rigid supporting piece is not easy to generate plastic deformation in the long-time use process, so that the service life of the garbage can is prolonged.
Fig. 10 is a partially enlarged view of a portion a in fig. 8; fig. 11 is a schematic structural diagram of a rigid support provided in an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 8-11, the rigid supporting member 80 is U-shaped, the front end of the U-shaped structure is located in the closing portion 15, when the garbage bag is pulled to one side, the front end of the U-shaped structure extends into the bottom of the can, the rigid supporting member 80 deflects, so that the height of the upper end of the rigid supporting member is reduced, and the opening of the garbage bag is easily released from the first can 10.
That is, in the present embodiment, the rigid support 80 is disposed at the notch 12, but the lower edge of the rigid support 80 does not abut against the upper edge of the first barrel 10 (i.e., the mouth 15), but is misaligned and located inside the first barrel 10, so that the rigid support 80 can deflect relative to the first barrel 10.
Further, when the drawstring of the trash bag is not pulled, the top of the rigid support 80 and the top of the first can body 10 enclose to form a closed annular support for supporting the trash bag. Based on this structure, in this embodiment, after establishing the disposal bag cover on the garbage bin, the whole annular supporting part of bung hole all can carry out the all-round support to the disposal bag, supports comprehensively and dynamics distribution evenly, has further reduced the risk of disposal bag landing to in the garbage bin.
Fig. 12 is a partially enlarged view of a portion B in fig. 11. As shown in fig. 12, the bottom (lowest point) of the rigid support 80 is hinged to the first tub 10. At this time, a hinge shaft 81 may be fixedly disposed on the rigid supporter 80, the hinge shaft 81 may be rotatably disposed on the first tub 10, and the rigid supporter 80 may be hinged on the first tub 10.
Further, the rigid supporting member 80 is hinged to the first tub 10 by the elastic restoring member 82, so that the rigid supporting member 80 can be automatically restored. At this time, when the garbage bag is pulled to one side, the garbage bag overcomes the elastic force of the elastic restoring member 82 (i.e. the elastic restoring member 82 enters a power storage state) to drive the upper end portion of the rigid supporting member 80 to deflect into the bung 11. When the garbage bag falls off from the first can 10, the garbage bag no longer applies a force to the rigid supporting member 80, and at this time, the rigid supporting member 80 can be automatically reset under the action of the elastic resetting member 82.
Alternatively, the elastic restoring member 82 may be an elastic member such as a torsion spring or a spring plate, which is not limited in this application.
Further, in the present embodiment, the supporting member is a supporting plate 18, the supporting plate 18 is disposed on the connecting portion 16 and is disposed adjacent to the lowest point of the notch 12, and the supporting plate 18 can abut and limit the rigid supporting member 80. The outer surfaces of the rigid support members 80 abut and are held above the support plate 18 by the elastic force of the elastic return members 82.
The above description is only for the specific embodiments of the present application, but the scope of the present application is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art can easily conceive of the changes or substitutions within the technical scope of the present application, and shall be covered by the scope of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present application shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
