3. A waste bin according to claim 2, wherein the locating insert (40) is provided on an outer wall of the bin body (10) and the locating slot is provided on an inner wall of the bin cover (30).
4. A waste bin according to claim 2, wherein the positioning insert (40) comprises a first guide plate (41) provided on the draw string mounting part (20), and the positioning slot is the draw string outlet (30 a).

A waste bin according to claim 4, wherein the positioning insert (40) further comprises a second guide plate (42) provided on the rope withdrawal hanging part (20), the first guide plate (41) and the second guide plate (42) are provided on opposite sides of the rope withdrawal outlet (30a), and when the first guide plate (41) and the second guide plate (42) are inserted into the rope withdrawal outlet (30a), the smoothing opening (20a) communicates with the outside of the bin cover (30) through a gap between the first guide plate (41) and the second guide plate (42).
6. A waste bin according to claim 5 in which the first and second guide plates (41, 42) are parallel and facing each other with a gap of the same width as the width of the opening (20 a).

A garbage can according to any one of claims 1-6, characterized in that the drawstring mounting portion (20) is arranged on the outer side wall of the can body (10), the drawstring mounting portion (20) comprises a supporting portion (21) connected with the side wall of the can body (10) and a mounting portion (22) connected with the supporting portion (21) and arranged at a distance from the side wall of the can body (10), and the opening (20a) is arranged on the mounting portion (22).
8. A waste bin according to any one of claims 1-6, wherein the rope withdrawal mount (20) is part of the top of the bin body (10), and the rake mouth (20a) is formed by extending from the edge of the opening (10a) in a downward concave manner.
9. A waste bin according to any one of claims 1-6, c h a r a c t e r i z e d in that an inverted U-shaped support plate (33) is provided on the outer wall of the bin cover (30) around the withdrawal string outlet (30 a).

12. A waste bin according to any one of claims 1-6, wherein the opening (20a) and the drawstring outlet (30a) are each in the shape of a slit, and the width of the opening (20a) is smaller than the width of the drawstring outlet (30 a).
