Alternatively, the drawstring locator 221 may be a hook or other structure capable of carrying the cinch drawstring; the rope passing opening 241 may be a slit formed by extending downward from an opening located at the upper edge of the outer barrel 240, and preferably, the width of the rope passing opening 241 is equal to the width of the recess 101 so as to facilitate the closing and rope drawing to enter the recess 101.

When a user sleeves the garbage bag into the inner barrel 250, the inner barrel 250 may be taken out of the outer barrel 240 and sleeved, and after the sleeve is made, the opening of the garbage bag is turned outwards and extends downwards along the upper edge of the inner barrel 250, so as to achieve the effect of fixing the garbage bag. The drawstring positioning piece 221 arranged on the inner barrel 250 can ensure that the positioning and fixing of the closing drawstring can be completed when the bag is sleeved, and the position of the garbage bag does not need to be adjusted after the inner barrel 250 is placed in the outer barrel 240. And the outer barrel 240 is provided with an opening corresponding to the drawstring positioning piece 221, the drawstring positioning piece 221 is exposed out of the outer barrel 240 through the opening, the opening extends to the upper edge of the outer barrel 240 to be communicated with the notch 101, when the opening is closed, a user grasps the closing drawstring from the opening and makes the closing drawstring penetrate out of the outer barrel 240, and then tightens the closing drawstring to make the closing drawstring move upwards to enter the notch 101, thereby smoothly completing the closing, and the closing operation is convenient.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, when the trash can is a dual-can trash can, the top cover 100 is hinged to the outer can 240, and the top cover 100 can be opened and closed relative to the can body 200 by stepping on the pedal. The top cover 100 may also be opened by pressing, sensing, etc. When the garbage needs to be thrown, the garbage bag needs to be replaced or the garbage bag needs to be lifted, the foot pedal is stepped to open the top cover 100, and after the foot pedal is released, the top cover 100 covers the outer barrel 240 under the action of gravity. When the user closes the garbage bag, the user does not need to open the top cover 100, and grasps the closing drawstring to be pulled outwards, and the bag opening of the garbage bag gradually separates from the upper edge of the inner barrel 250. If the user habitually exerts force upwards to move the closing-up drawstring upwards in the tensioning process, the closing-up drawstring enters the notch 101 from the rope passing opening 241, so that the garbage bag is always ensured not to be drawn out from the gap between the top cover 100 and the barrel body 200, and the closing-up can be smoothly completed.
Fig. 10 and 11 are partial schematic structural views of another trash can provided by an embodiment of the present application, and optionally, as shown in fig. 2, 10 and 11, the can body 200 includes a connecting portion 230, the connecting portion 230 is vertically through, and the top cover 100 is hinged to the connecting portion 230 and can cover the connecting portion 230; the barrel body 200 further comprises a closing-in portion 220, the connecting portion 230 is detachably sleeved outside the closing-in portion 220, and a gap is formed between the connecting portion 230 and the closing-in portion 220.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the receptacle 200 further includes a main body 210, when the garbage bag is sleeved in the receptacle 200, the bag body is located at the main body 210, and the bag opening is located at the closing-in portion 220, so that when the closing-in drawstring is tightened, the bag opening of the garbage bag can be driven to gradually separate from the upper edge of the closing-in portion 220 to complete the closing-in.
Fig. 8 and 9 are schematic partial structural views of two types of barrel bodies 200 provided in an embodiment of the present application, and exemplarily, as shown in fig. 2, 8 and 9, a closing portion 220 is located above a main body portion 210, a stepped mounting table 211 is formed at a transition connection portion of the main body portion 210 and the closing portion 220, when a connection portion 230 is mounted, the connection portion 230 is gradually moved downward from above the barrel body 200 and surrounds the outside of the closing portion 220 until a bottom wall of the connection portion 230 abuts against the mounting table 211, and then the mounting of the connection portion 230 is completed.
Optionally, the transition joint between the main body portion 210 and the closing-in portion 220 is an inclined surface, and the inclined surface has a guiding function in the process of installing the connecting portion 230, so that the use by a user is facilitated.
The top cover 100 is hinged to the connecting part 230, can be covered on the main body part 210, and is convenient to use only by opening the top cover 100 when throwing garbage at ordinary times. Illustratively, the cap 100 may be opened by a pressing operation or an induction operation, and the structure is the same as or similar to that of the prior art. When a garbage bag is sleeved in the can body 200 or needs to be lifted out, the top cover 100 is removed through the connecting part 230, the closing part 220 has a larger opening and is not blocked by other parts, the bag sleeving and the lifting out of the garbage bag are easy, and the connecting part 230 is removed and installed in a simple manner, so that the operation of a user is facilitated. As shown in fig. 2, 8 and 9, the closing-in portion 220 is recessed inwards relative to the main body portion 210, and the connecting portion 230 has the same size as the main body portion 210, so that when the connecting portion 230 is sleeved outside the closing-in portion 220, it just covers the main body portion 210, so that the whole side wall of the trash can is a plane, and the appearance is more beautiful. The closing-in part 220 is folded inwards, a gap is formed between the closing-in part 220 and the connecting part 230, when the garbage bag is sleeved in the barrel body 200, the bag opening is outwards turned and sleeved on the outer side of the closing-in part 220, the garbage bag can be fixed, and the bag opening cannot slide into the barrel body 200 to affect the containing of garbage; having a gap is also more convenient when mounting and removing the connection part 230.
Alternatively, the mouth-receiving portion 220 may be of unitary construction with the body portion 210; or a separate structure, the closing portion 220 is detachably mounted on the main body portion 210 by a clip.
Optionally, the main body portion 210 may have a shape of a cylinder, an elliptic cylinder, a cube, or the like, or may have an irregular cylinder shape, which is not limited in this application, and the closing portion 220 has a shape consistent with the shape of the main body portion 210 but a size smaller than that of the main body portion 210, the connecting portion 230 has a shape and a size matching the main body portion 210, and the top cover 100 has a shape and a size matching the connecting portion 230.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 2, 10 and 11, the upper edge of the connection part 230 extends inward to form a shielding edge 232 for shielding the gap between the connection part 230 and the closing part 220, so that the user is prevented from carelessly throwing the garbage into the gap when opening the top cover 100 to throw the garbage without inconvenience to the user.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2, 10 and 11, a connecting shaft 233 is provided on the shielding edge 232, and one end of the coil spring 300 is connected to the top cover 100, and the other end is connected to the connecting shaft 233 to enable the top cover 100 to be rotatably opened and closed relative to the connecting portion 230.
In one embodiment of the present application, as shown in FIG. 8, a flexible wall 222 is provided on the mouth-out portion 220. When the garbage bag is inserted into the can body 200, the opening of the garbage bag is turned outwards from the upper edge of the closing-in portion 220, and is partially positioned outside the flexible wall 222. When the closing drawstring of the garbage bag is tightened, the bag opening of the garbage bag is contracted to squeeze the flexible wall 222 so as to deform the flexible wall 222, so that the bag opening of the garbage bag gradually separates from the upper edge of the closing part 220, and the closing is smoothly completed.
Illustratively, the opening of the closing-in portion 220 is provided with a notch, the flexible wall 222 can be detachably connected to the closing-in portion 220 in a clamping manner, and the flexible wall 222 can be cleaned or replaced after being used for a long time; the flexible wall 222 may also be directly connected to the mouth portion 220 by bonding, and the connection between the flexible wall 222 and the mouth portion 220 is not limited in this application.
Specifically, the projection shape of the flexible wall 222 on the bottom surface of the barrel 200 may be "U" shape, or "L" shape. The upper edge of the flexible wall 222 is flush with the upper edge of the closing portion 220, which facilitates the covering of the garbage bag and provides a good support for the garbage bag.
Illustratively, the flexible wall 222 may be formed by a brush, which normally stands upright to support the garbage bag and is inclined downward to separate the bag opening when squeezed, and the brush may be made of nylon, polypropylene, or the like; the flexible wall 222 may also be made of an elastic material, and specifically, the flexible wall 222 may be made of a rubber material, a Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE) material, a silicone material, or the like.
In addition, the notch of the closing-in portion 220 may be a slope inclined toward the main body portion 210, so that the mouth of the bag can gradually separate from the upper edge of the closing-in portion 220 when the closing-in drawstring is tightened.
The mouth portion 220 may be made of the same material as the main body portion 210, such as plastic, stainless steel, etc., and may be integrally formed by injection molding, and has certain rigidity and strength to support the garbage bag.
It will be appreciated that the notch 101 in the cover 100 should be located at the end opposite the flexible wall 222, and when the closing-off drawstring is pulled to close off, the garbage bag located outside the flexible wall 222 will first break away from the upper edge of the flexible wall 222, and will gradually bring the bag opening located at another position away from the upper edge of the closing-off portion 220, and finally complete the closing-off.
In another embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 9, the upper edge of the closing-in portion 220 extends outward in the circumferential direction to form a fixing ring 223, and a plurality of upward-opening grooves 223a are disposed on the fixing ring 223, and these grooves 223a are used for fixing the mouth of the garbage bag.
When the garbage bag is sleeved, the edge of the bag opening of the garbage bag is plugged into the groove 223a, so that the garbage bag can be fixed, and the garbage bag cannot slide downwards into the can body 200 when the garbage is thrown in daily life; when the closing-in drawstring is tightened to close the mouth, the edge of the bag mouth is driven by the closing-in drawstring to leave the groove 223a so as to be separated from the upper edge of the closing-in part 220, and the closing-in is completed.
In this embodiment, the force applied by the user when tightening the closing-up drawstring is upward, and there is a force applied in the vertical direction, and if the force point is higher than the fixing ring 223 during the gradual upward moving process, the bag opening edge of the garbage bag can be more easily pulled out from the groove 223a, so that the user can save more labor during the closing-up operation, and the user experience is better.
Alternatively, an adhesive member may be disposed in the groove 223a, and the edge of the bag opening is adhered to the adhesive member when the bag is sleeved; the groove 223a can be filled with flexible materials, the surface of the flexible materials is provided with a slit, the edge of the bag opening is plugged into the slit when the bag is sleeved, and the arrangement mode can achieve a better garbage bag fixing effect. When closing up, the closing-up drawstring is tensioned so as to drive the edge of the bag opening to gradually separate from the bonding piece or deviate from the slit, and closing up is realized.
The fixing ring 223, the groove 223a thereon, the closing-in portion 220 and the main body portion 210 can be integrally formed by an injection molding process, so that the structure is firm, and the manufacturing is simple. The retainer ring 223 is formed to extend outwardly without affecting the size of the opening of the mouth 220 and the operation of covering the garbage bag.
It should be understood that when the garbage can has an inner and outer dual-can structure, the inner can 250 may be similar to the can structure shown in fig. 8 and 9, and a flexible wall 222 or a fixing ring 223 with a groove 223a is provided at the upper part of the inner can 250, except that the side wall of the inner can 250 is a flat portion without an inward recess, and the inner can 250 is accommodated in the outer can 240 and can be directly detachably placed in the outer can 240 by means of a buckle, a step-shaped groove, or the like.
In one possible implementation, the drawstring retainer 221 is disposed on an outer sidewall of the connection portion 230. After the user puts the disposal bag in place, the connecting portion 230 is mounted on the main body portion 210, and the drawstring is threaded to the outside of the connecting portion 230 and is mounted on the drawstring positioning member 221.
In a possible implementation manner, the drawstring positioning element 221 is disposed on the outer side wall of the connection portion 230, and a rope outlet is formed in the side wall of the connection portion and communicated with the notch 101, and the closing drawstring can be hung on the drawstring positioning element 221 after penetrating out of the rope outlet to the outer side of the connection portion 230, so as to be more convenient for a user to use.
In one possible implementation, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the drawstring positioning element 221 is disposed on an outer side wall of the closing portion 220, the connecting portion 230 is provided with a drawstring passing hole 231 corresponding to the drawstring positioning element 221 and through which the closing drawstring passes, and the drawstring passing hole 231 extends to a top edge of the connecting portion 230 and communicates with the notch 101.
It is understood that when the connecting part 230 is mounted on the body part 210, the drawstring positioning member 221 does not protrude from the connecting part 230, thereby having no influence on the mounting of the connecting part 230 and having a better appearance.
Regardless of the can body structure shown in fig. 8 or the can body structure shown in fig. 9, after the garbage bag is inserted into the can body 200, the closing-in drawstring of the garbage bag is located outside the can wall of the closing-in portion 220, and after the connecting portion 230 is installed, the closing-in drawstring is hidden in the gap between the connecting portion 230 and the closing-in portion 220. When a garbage bag is inserted into the can body 200, the connecting portion 230 is separated from the can body 200, the drawstring positioning member 221 disposed on the closing portion 220 can directly fix the position of the closing drawstring, and a user can pull the hidden closing drawstring through the drawstring penetrating port 231 disposed on the connecting portion 230 corresponding to the drawstring positioning member 221. Therefore, the user can conveniently grasp the closing-up drawstring to close up the opening; and the drawstring outlet 231 is communicated with the notch 101, and the other end of the notch 101 is closed, so that when a user habitually exerts force upwards in the closing process, if the closing drawstring leaves the drawstring outlet 231, the drawstring will enter the notch 101 and will not leave the notch 101, and the garbage bag is ensured not to be exposed from the gap between the barrel body 200 and the top cover 100, thereby smoothly completing the closing operation.
Through the arrangement, the closing operation can be performed under the condition that the top cover 100 is closed, and the use of a user is facilitated.
Alternatively, in the bucket structure shown in FIG. 8, the drawstring retainer 221 should be located at the lower portion of the mouth 220 so as not to interfere with the everting fixation of the trash bag; in the bucket structure shown in fig. 9, the drawstring retainer 221 may be disposed at the edge of the fixing ring 223 to be flush with the fixing ring 223 or lower than the fixing ring 223.
Alternatively, the drawstring holder 221 may be a hook structure, or a structure including horizontal and vertical panels like that shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, for carrying a cinch drawstring; the simple convex or concave structure can only play a role in prompting and positioning, the user can adjust the position of the closing-up drawstring to enable the closing-up drawstring to be positioned at the convex or concave part when the bag is sleeved, the closing-up drawstring can be grasped through the drawstring penetrating port 231, and the shape of the drawstring positioning piece 221 is not limited by the application.
The shape of the drawstring puncturing port 231 is not limited in this application, and it should be understood that the drawstring puncturing port 231 is sized to allow at least two fingers of a user to enter the drawstring puncturing port, thereby enabling the drawstring to be pulled more conveniently.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the drawstring exit 231 includes an exit 231a through which the drawstring exits and a guide slit 231b extending upwardly from the exit 231a, the guide slit 231b facing the recess 101.

Wherein, the narrow slit 221a facing the guide slit 231b means that their axes are coincident, and the width of the narrow slit 221a can be smaller than the width of the guide slit 231b so as to play a better fixing role for the closing-in drawstring.

A waste bin according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein the bin body (200) is provided with a drawstring fixing mechanism for fixing the closing-up drawstring, and the closing-up drawstring is fixed on the drawstring fixing mechanism, then leaks out of the outer side wall of the bin body (200) and can move from the drawstring fixing mechanism to the notch (101).
7. A waste bin according to claim 6 wherein the drawstring securing mechanism comprises a drawstring positioning member (221) extending outwardly from the outer side wall of the bin (200) and adapted to mount the drawstring.

The trash can of claim 7, wherein the can body (200) comprises an outer can (240) and an inner can (250) accommodated in the outer can (240) and used for sleeving the trash bag, a rope passing opening (241) through which the closing-in drawstring passes and is communicated with the notch (101) is arranged on the outer can (240), and the closing-in drawstring passes through the rope passing opening (241) and is hung on the drawstring positioning element (221).

The trash can of claim 7, wherein the can body (200) comprises an outer can (240) and an inner can (250) accommodated in the outer can (240) and used for sleeving the trash bag, a drawstring positioning member (221) is arranged on an outer side wall of the inner can (250), an opening corresponding to the drawstring positioning member (221) is arranged on the outer can (240), and the opening is communicated with the notch (101).

13. A waste bin according to claim 12, wherein the drawstring exit (231) comprises an exit (231a) for exiting the mouth drawstring and a guide slit (231b) extending upwardly from the exit (231a), the guide slit (231b) facing the recess (101).
14. The trash can of claim 13, wherein the drawstring positioning element (221) is provided with a narrow slit (221a) with an upward opening, the narrow slit (221a) is used for the drawstring to pass through, and an opening of the narrow slit (221a) faces the guide slit (231 b).
