Abstract

The tool holder comprises a rounded section (8) fixed to a corner iron (3) which is fixed to a vertical panel by a screw (4). The round section receives tubular elements of the handle holder (6). Each handle holder is provided with a hole for sliding in the tool handle (2).

Description

-1- The present invention relates to a garden tool holder intended for

  storage of said tools when equipped with a handle. The invention is characterized by a profile whose round section is completed by a right angle. This round section receives the tubular elements of the sleeve holders; the part of the profile whose cross section is at right angles is used to fix the tool holder to

  a vertical wall using screws or nails.

  We know of various devices used to store garden tools or any other accessory which are characterized by unitary hook-type supports single or multiple, fixed on a single carrier element itself screwed onto a vertical panel (

e.g. wall, partition, etc.).

  Often these devices do not accept all the sleeve diameters and very often require a modification of the profile of the handle or the adaptation of a hooking element (hook, string, etc.). In addition, the spacing of the load-bearing elements between them is not

  not adjustable, not allowing the rational use of the device.

  The present invention overcomes these drawbacks by allowing the use of the garden tool holder for all objects with a handle regardless of its profile, its size,

optimizing the space available.

  The garden tool holder is characterized by a profile, the round section (8) of which constitutes a rail extended by a right-angle section (3) constituting the means for fixing the entire profile to a vertical wall using screws or nails; the round section (8) of the profile receives individual sleeve holders (6) sliding

  on the round section, like the rings of a curtain.

  The handle of each tool is attached to the sleeve holder at the

  The tool handles (2) are dnserés and hung by means of the orifice (5) cut in the tongue of the sleeve holder (6) located at the fold (10) of the center of the sleeve holder (6).   The sleeve holder (6) can be operated from the bottom up or vice versa by means of the spoon (7).

  There is shown in Figures 4 and 5 of the board 2/2, in section, the operation of the sleeve holder.

  The sleeve holder (6) is raised by means of the spoon (7) flexibly causing the separation of the round section (8) of the profile and the envelope (9) of the sleeve holder (6). The sleeve holder (6) adopts a low, vertical position, the spoon (7) turned towards the ground by means of a stop (11) secured to the round section of the profile (8). The opening (5) of the tongue of the sleeve holder (6) is in a vertical position. It The operator releases the spoon (7), causing, under the spring effect of the envelope (9), the folding of the sleeve holder (6) around the

  handle, ensuring its maintenance. To release the handle, the operator raises the spoon (7) and removes the handle from its housing.

Claim 1   Garden tool holder characterized in that it comprises a round section profile (8) integral with another right-angled element (3), of sleeve holder (6) made of flexible material; these sleeve holders (6) are equipped, at one of their ends with an envelope (9) which partially encloses the round section (8) of the profile on which they slide; the orifice (5) is used to enclose the tool handles and the folding (10) of the sleeve holder forms an obtuse angle with the. handle of the inserted tool, causing a spring effect with the deformation of the casing (9) around the profiled Vo (8); a spoon (7) extends the end of the sleeve holder (6).
