Description
La présente invention concerne un dispositif pour tailler la denture des disques. Ces dentures sont traditionnellement taillées sur des machines outils à commande numérique. Le dispositif selon l'invention permet de tailler ces dentures sur une machine conventionnelle. Il comporte en effet selon une première caractéristique, moteur, adapté sur le coulisseau ou la tête de la machine, qui transmet un mouvement de rotation à une meule. La meule, par son mouvement alternatif de va vient, permet d'usiner la forme des dentures sur le disque fixé sur un plateau circulaire dont le mouvement est réglé par un moteur à synchro. Le coulisseau se déplace d'avant en arrière grâce à un moteur relié à un réducteur accouplé à la couronne crantée de la machine afin d'actionner le déplacement du coulisseau par l'intermédiaire d'une came.
