Device for accessing a basin (1) containing a fluid (2) up to a determined level (3), this basin comprising a wall (P) comprising a side wall ( 4), a bottom wall (5) and a beach wall (6), characterized in that it comprises - upright means (10) defined between two first (11) and second (12) ends, - means (13) for securing said upright means (10) to the wall (P) of said basin so that the first two (11) and second (12) ends of the upright means are respectively located above and below the determined level (3) of the fluid (2) contained in said basin (1), - a platform (14), - means (15) for mounting said platform (14) ) in sliding cooperation with said post means (10), and - means (16) for controlling the displacement of said platform (14) between at least two positions relative to said s means of amount (10). 2. Device according to Claims 4, 5 and 6, characterized by the fact that said cylindrical upright (30) comprises a cylindrical hollow recess (40) having a longitudinal lateral opening (41) made in the wall of the upright (30), the worm (20) being rotatably mounted in said housing (40) and said sleeve (31) being slidably mounted therein, said sleeve having a longitudinal throughthread (42) having a thread (43) complementary to the given thread (21) of the worm (20) and a lug (44) passing through said lateral opening (41), said lug (44) being integral with said platform (14), said sleeve constituting the nut means (22). 8.
