Abstract

The drinks package has a triangular pouring spout made up of an external thickness of material hinged on an internal thickness. This has a movable section (6) mounted on a sliding section (7). The external thickness forms two identical triangular flaps (2a, 2b), each with its own fold (5a, 5b) connecting it to the package. A central fold (14) runs from the tip of the triangle to the center of its base. The flap (2a) furthest from the sliding section is stuck to the movable section (6), the remaining flap being free. The central fold may alternatively diverge into two parallel folds near the base of spout or be replaced by two symmetrically spaced folds.

Have known packaging comprising an integrated pouring spout constituted by the bonding of two thicknesses of material and having two substantially triangular sides.

These pouring spouts have the advantage of being able to be produced in a fairly large size on the walls of usual width.

For example, patent FR 2 163 154 presents a pourer whose internal thickness is located behind two walls but which has the defect of using too much cardboard.

The patent FR 2 704 206 presents a pouring spout whose internal thickness is located behind a single wall but which has the defect of tearing during opening it does not exert traction near the articulation of the two flaps of said internal thickness.

There was therefore a need for a triangular spout using little cardboard, simple and easy to open and not likely to tear.

The packaging according to the invention making it possible to satisfy these and other objectives, comprises in its simplest form an external thickness in two parts forming two substantially identical components and each having its own articulation.

The invention will be better understood from the description which follows, made with reference to the drawing given by way of indicative example only, in which - Figure 1 is a perspective view of the packaging before opening.

FIG. 2 is a partial front perspective view of the package after opening.

FIG. 3 is a view on a smaller scale of the packaging of FIG. 1.

Referring to the figures, it can be seen that the packaging of the folding box type having a pouring spout with two triangular sides and consisting of an articulated external thickness laminated to an internal thickness comprising a tilting element (6) articulated with a sliding element (7 ), is characterized according to the invention in that the external thickness comprises two parts forming two flaps (2a; 2b) of substantially identical size and of substantially half-triangle shape, said flaps (2a; 2b) each having an articulation (5a; 5b) and being delimited either by a central cutting line (14) starting from the top of the inverted triangle formed by the external thickness and joining the center of the base of said triangle (Figure 1), or being able to be delimited by a central cutting line (14a) starting from said vertex and separating into two branches (14b; 14c) joining said base on either side of said center (FIG. 4) or capable of being untied moths by two cutting lines (23a; ) starting from said summit and joining said base on either side of said center (FIG. 5), so as to constitute a tearable tamper-evident band (24a; 24b); the first tilting flap (2a) located opposite the sliding element (7) is laminated with the internal tilting element (6), the second tilting flap (2b) being free. When traction is exerted centrally, the user will easily break the attachment points of the flaps while sliding the sliding element (7) against the free flap (2b) which will open at the same time.

So that the sliding element (7) finds its exact place at the end of the opening, the packaging according to the invention is characterized in that the articulation () of the free tilting flap (2b) has a less resistance to torsion (about 50 l) than the articulation (8) of the sliding element (7), said less resistance being obtainable for example by inserting in the length of the creasing of said articulation (8) a few short, full-cut cuts.

In order to avoid tearing during opening and to facilitate folding of the articulation (8) of the sliding element (7), a preferred embodiment is characterized in that said articulation (8) is located at short distance ( A of Figure 1, about 5mm.) Of the joint (5b) of the second free flap (2b).

We see in Figure 4 that the upper part of the tilting element (6) is located at an upper edge of the package so as to facilitate the grip of the spout.

According to a preferred embodiment, it can be seen in FIGS. 1 and 3 that the invention is characterized in that the articulation (5a) of the first tilting flap (2a) is located at the end (15) of the blank opposite the bonding tab. (16); after gluing said articulation (5a) extends obliquely over said gluing tab (16); bonding is carried out by a continuous line of glue, which may be the line of glue (19) of bonding tab. In this way, the width of the wall is optimized for large pouring spouts and continuous bonding is permitted, for example by a roller dipped in a glue bath, preferable for reasons of rolling speed and productivity, to discontinuous bonding by injection nozzle.

Of course, the internal thickness may be provided by various types of folding as well as by an attached piece, without departing from the scope of the invention.

The invention is obviously not limited to the embodiment and to the dimensions described and shown, which may undergo modifications of detail, without thereby departing from the scope of the invention.

The invention is particularly intended for packaging, of the folding box type or the like, for powdery or granular products, food or not.

1) Packaging of the folding box type having spout two triangular sides consisting of an articulated external thickness laminated to an internal thickness comprising a tilting element (6) articulated to a sliding element (7), characterized in that the external thickness comprises two parts forming two flaps (2a; 2b) of substantially identical size and substantially semi-triangle shape, said flaps (2a; 2b) each having an articulation (5a; 5b) and being delimited either by a central cutting line ( 14) starting from the top of the inverted triangle formed by the external thickness joining the center of the base of said triangle, or which can be delimited by a central cutting line (14a) starting from said top and separating into two branches (14b; 14c) joining said base on either side of said center, or being able to be delimited by two cutting lines (23a; 23b) starting from said vertex and joining said base by t and other of said center, so as to constitute a tearable tamper-evident band (24a; 24b); in that the first tilting flap () located opposite the sliding element (7) is laminated with the internal tilting element (6), the second tilting flap {2b) being free
