Abstract

The earth working tool is mounted on a conventional frame for towing by a tractor. It consists of two rows (1, 2) of plowshares (41, 42) carried on bars (5) fastened at their upper ends to the frame. Description

The present invention relates to an agricultural tool for preparing the soil to create a mulch surface and level the soil.

Currently, farmers are very aware of the problem of the soil structure: in particular, they try as much as to do this to reduce the interventions in the fields because the rolling of the tractors and other devices create phenomena of settlement detrimental to a correct and homogeneous structure fields.

This is why tools that can give a structure to the soil have been marketed: they give satisfaction momentarily, but the soil structure does not become as homogeneous as it would be desired and desirable.

In addition, if we want to reduce the number of agricultural tools for soil preparation, we can combine them: this solution is currently the most widespread.

It will be remembered that after the harvest is buried shortly after culms with possibly the straw left on fields: this is achieved by means of a device called dethatcher most often disc. But a plowing to be successful supposes that the air can circulate in the plowing rays in order to allow an aerobic decomposition of the buried vegetal matter: this condition is not always satisfied, which leads later to obtaining a superficial layer without a satisfactory concentration of elements resulting from this decomposition.

Also one of the aims of the present invention is to provide a tool for preparing the soil that overcomes the drawbacks mentioned above.

Another object of this invention is to provide such a tool which makes it possible to directly prepare the surface layer of the soil for sowing.

These and other objects that will appear later are achieved by a tool for preparing the floor comprising a frame on which are arranged at least two rows of agricultural elements and which is provided with means known to be worn by a tractor, which tool is characterized, according to the present invention, in that each tillage element consists of a plow mounted at one end of a blade whose other end is integral with the frame, the plowshares of the first row comprising in addition a rod mounted at one end to the rear of the share and provided at their other end with two fins arranged in a V, the tip of being on the end of the rod and the plane of each fin being inclined upwards and Inside the V. Advantageously, the fins are arranged in a line located behind that of the second row of coulters.

Preferably, the tool according to the present invention comprises several rows: the shares of the odd rows being only provided with fins.

The following description, which is not limiting, should be read in conjunction with the attached single figure, which is a simplified perspective view of a tool for preparing the floor according to the present invention.

A tool for preparing the soil comprises according to the present invention a frame, shown in the figure, on which are arranged at least two rows 1 and 2 of agricultural elements 3 and which is provided with means known to be carried by a tractor.

Each plowing element 3 consists of a plow 41, 42 mounted at one end of a blade 5 whose other end is integral with the frame: the plows 41 of the first row 1 further comprises a rod 6 which is mounted by one end at the rear of this share 41 and provided at its other end with two fins 7 and 8 arranged in a V, the tip of the V being on the end of the rod 6 and the plane of each fin 7 and 8 being inclined to the top and the inside of this V.

The fins 7 and 8 are arranged in a line situated behind that of the second row of coulters 42.

In the case where the tool according to the present invention comprises several rows of coulters, the shares of the odd rows are only equipped with fins.

When using a tool according to the present invention, the coulters 42 of the second row form earthen mounds which are pushed by the fins 7 and 8: thus, after the passage of this tool, a perfectly leveled ground is obtained.

Such a tool, as can be understood, works the soil from beneath the straws and other debris are thus rejected to the surface of the ground in the first centimeters of it. So we create a mulch surface conducive to sowing.

<B> CLAIMS </ B> 1. - Tool for preparing the soil comprising a frame on which are arranged at least two rows (1,2) of agricultural elements (3) and which is provided with means known to be worn by a tractor, characterized in that each tillage element (3) consists of a plow (41, 42) mounted on one end of a blade whose other end is integral with said frame, each plow (41) of the first row (1) further comprising a rod (6) mounted at one end to the rear of said share (41) and provided at their other end with two fins (7, 8) arranged in a V, the tip of the V being on the end of said rod (6) and the plane of each fin (7,8) being inclined upwardly and internally of said V. 2. - Tool according to claim 1, characterized in that the fins (7 , 8) are arranged in a line situated behind that of the second row (2) of coulters (42).
