Abstract

The scraper is drawn along the area to be cleaned by a cable or chain set in a groove in the floor. The scraper (3) is attached to the cable by a coupling that allows it to rotate relative to the cable (5). The scraper is guided by pins (1,2) at the end of two arms (7,8) which slide in the scraper as it turns a corner to it allow the scraper to rotate as the cable goes round a corner.

Description

The invention relates to a scraper consisting of a motor element driven by a rotary movement, a pulling wire which can be either a chain, a rope or a rope moving longitudinally in a groove formed in the ground, a shoe with a scraper placed on the ground and attached to the pull wire by a coupling device whereby the scraper is driven in one direction while the motor element has a direction of rotation and in another direction while the direction of rotation of the motor element is reversed.

The scrapers are used in agriculture in particular to clean the stabulations and include a scraping element that push the effluent to a storage location such as a pit or a manure.

On the different models concerned, their movement to work is only linear and does not allow to clean corridors with curves of up to 90.

The present invention proposes to remedy this disadvantage and to do it it relates to a scraper system which is characterized in that the scraper shoe is a sliding shoe which slides on two sliders. An embodiment of the invention is now described from nonlimiting examples with reference to the accompanying drawings in which - Figure 1 </ U> is a top view of a pig according to the invention. - Figure 2 </ U> is a top view of a scraper taking a curve.

- Figure </ U> is a sectional view of the shoe with the two drive guides and the pull wire.

- Figure 4 </ U> is a top view of the shoe with two drive guides in the direction of movement from left to right of the shoe. - Figure 5 </ U> is a top view of the shoe with the 2 drive guides in the direction of movement from right to left.

- the </ U> figure 6 </ U> is a top view of the shoe and two guides rotating around a pulley.

The scraper shown on Figure 1 </ U> is installed inside a stall on the ground. The scraper consists of a sliding shoe (3) and scraper member (9-10) fixed by known means on the shoe. The drive wire (5) is placed in the groove and can move longitudinally in one direction or another depending on the direction of rotation of the motor element.

Figure 2 </ U> is a top view of the wiper in the rotation position.

The figure </ U> 33 is a sectional view of the sliding shoe (3) guided by the two sliders (7-8). These two slides are each connected to the drive wire (5) by an axis (1 and 2).

The two slides (7 and 8) have a rotation on their respective axis during a rotational movement of the scraper.

Figure 4 is a top view of the sliding shoe (3) with its ground guide plate (4) in the direction of movement from left to right. It can be seen that the sliding shoe has slid backwards and is abutting on the axis 1, which allows the scraping assembly to move from left to right.

Figure 5 </ U> is a top view of the sliding shoe (3) with its ground guide plate (4) in the direction of movement from left to right. It can be seen that the sliding shoe has slid backwards and is abutting on the axis 2, which allows the scraping assembly to move from right to left.

The figure </ U> 6 is a top view of the sliding shoe (3) with its ground guide plate (4) in a rotational position about a pulley 6. It can be seen that both sliders (7 and $) are almost fully retracted into the sliding shoe because during the rotation the linear distance between the 2 axes (1 and 2) is less than the length of the drive wire (5) between the 2 axes (1 and 2) because it has bypassed the pulley 6.
