Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif chirurgical pour la fermeture d'un trou pratiqué dans la boîte crânienne, caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué par un plot cylindrique réalisé en un matériau biocompatible présentant deux parties cylindriques superposées de section différentes.

OBTURATEURS NEUROLOGIQUES
La présente invention concerne le domaine des
prothèses chirurgicales.
On connaît dans l'état de la technique différentes solutions pour le bouchage de trous de
trépanation pratiqués dans la boîte crânienne.
On connaît dans l'état de la technique
différentes solutions.
Par exemple, le brevet européen EP510390 décrit une plaque destinée à couvrir un trou dans une voûte crânienne dans le contexte de la fixation d'un couvercle osseux crânien, caractérisée par plusieurs ailes s'étendant radialement par rapport à un centre, séparées par des fentes et dont au moins une partie présente sur ses segments circonférentiels externes un trou destiné à loger une vis d'ostéosynthèse, et par des trous prévus dans le segment interne et dans les ailes de la plaque pour que le sang et la lymphe puissent s'écouler librement après
l'intervention.
Un autre brevet européen EP291632 décrit une plaquette pour la chirurgie des petits os, en particulier pour le traitement de fractures des os du crâne et de la face ou similaires, comportant des collerettes pour trous de vis recevant des vis à os, et des entretoises amincies qui se trouvent entre les bordures de trous de vis, au moins une partie des entretoises présentant une section dont l'aire est inférieure ou égale au double de l'aire de la section de la collerette pour trou de vis, et les barrettes se raccordant en arc de cercle aux collerettes pour trous de vis, caractérisée en ce que, pour une distance de centre à centre des collerettes pour trous de vis de 3,5 à 5 mm, une largeur d'entretoise de 0,4 à 1,5 mm et une épaisseur de 0,4 à 0,7 mm, le rayon de la transition entre l'entretoise et la collerette pour trou de vis est
inférieur ou égal à 0,3 à 0,5 mm.
Un autre brevet EP205512 décrit une fermeture, en un matériau chirurgical pour la fermeture de défauts ou de trous d'un os et/ou d'une cavité médullaire, qui est réalisée de façon qu'elle présente une forme telle et/ou de façon qu'elle soit formée en un matériau de sorte qu'elle s'adapte aux dimensions des défauts ou des trous de l'os et/ou aux dimensions de la cavité médullaire et de façon que par cela les défauts ou trous de l'os et/ou la cavité médullaire puissent être bouches de façon étanche à la pression par rapport à la pression interne des canaux
osseux et/ou de la cavité médullaire.
On connaît également une solution consistant à boucher le trou avec un bouchon de graisse, puis de recoudre le cuir chevelu. Une telle solution présente
néanmoins des risques de perforation.
Afin de répondre à ce problème, l'invention concerne un dispositif chirurgical pour la fermeture d'un trou pratiqué dans la boite crânienne, caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué par un plot cylindrique réalisé en un matériau biocompatible présentant deux parties cylindriques
superposées de section différentes.
De préférence, le plot est constitué par une première partie cylindrique présentant une section
d'environ 18 millimètres.
Selon une variante préférée, le plot est constitué par une deuxième partie cylindrique présentant
une section d'environ 13 millimètres.
Avantageusement, le plot est constitué en un
matériau synthétique tissé ou non tissé.
L'invention sera mieux comprise à la lecture de
la description qui suit, se référant à un exemple non
limitatif de réalisation et aux figures annexées o la figure unique représente une vue en coupe d'un dispositif
selon l'invention.
Le plot est constitué par un bouchon en un matériau synthétique tissé ou non tissé à deux étages. Le premier étage (1) est de forme cylindrique et présente une section de 13 millimètres. Il est destiné à venir se loger dans une cavité de la boite crânienne par trépanation par exemple. Le deuxième étage (2) présente une section de 18 millimètres. L'avantage de l'utilisation d'un matériau synthétique, et non pas un matériau métallique est
l'absence de risques lors de traitement de radiothérapie.

Revendications
1 - Dispositif chirurgical pour la fermeture d'un trou pratiqué dans la boîte crânienne, caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué par un plot cylindrique réalisé en un matériau biocompatible présentant deux parties
cylindriques (1,2) superposées de section différentes.
2 - Dispositif chirurgical pour la fermeture d'un trou pratiqué dans la boîte crânienne, selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué par une première partie cylindrique (2) permettant un appui sur
une surface externe de l'os.
3 - Dispositif chirurgical pour la fermeture d'un trou pratiqué dans la boîte crânienne, selon la revendication 1 ou 2 caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué par une première partie cylindrique présentant une section
d'environ 18 millimètres.
4 - Dispositif chirurgical pour la fermeture d'un trou pratiqué dans la boîte crânienne, selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3 caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué par une deuxième partie cylindrique (1)
présentant une section d'environ 13 millimètres.
