Abstract

An emplacement at a parking bay or route bears pivoting arms which are luminous or holographic and may carry a message to prevent parking or passage. The arms are driven by a small electric motor between a horizontal inactive position and a vertical active position some tens of centimeters high and are remotely controlled from an adjacent vehicle. The signal has an integral battery for motor and lighting.
