Abstract

The invention relates to a food packaging with two compartments (2, 3) each delimited by the envelope of a container which, by means (5) of temporary fixing, connects the two containers. It is characterized in that : - one of the two receptacles is a tube, closed at at least one said first of its two ends, by an end wall (6), - the other receptacle, made of plastic, closed by a cover (7 ), has an external section substantially identical to the internal section of the aforementioned tube, so as to be able to be housed in the tube and held at its other end, called second end by means of at least one cover (8) cooperating with the end of the tube.

  The invention relates to a food packaging with two compartments. Consumer habits have changed in recent years

  quickly towards a consumption of so-called prepared dishes.

  This allows them to greatly reduce the preparation time of meals and

  have a dietary diversity.

  Many of these dishes consist of a more or less sauce

  pasty or liquid and a solid food substance of a different nature.

  More and more frequently even, if it is possible to mix the sauce

  with more substantial foods, the two aforementioned products are separated.

  In other cases, it is obviously necessary to separate the two products.

  The packaging therefore comprises two compartments.

  These two compartments are, for example, (EP-A-293.613) obtained by thermoforming a blank of thermoformable plastic material so as to create

  two pockets which, open on the top, are closed with a seal.

  The advantage of this type of packaging is, on the one hand, that it is simple to produce and, on the other hand, that the bags are accidentally inseparable

especially during handling.

  Another type of packaging consists of temporarily bringing two

  containers, for example, using an adhesive material or wedging means.

  It is known, for example, a package comprising a metal tin can carrying on its upper face a plastic container mounted head

  spade or a sachet containing spices.

  The advantage of this second type of packaging results from the fact that food products can be packaged on production sites

  different to be assembled later.

  The problem with this type of packaging is the risk of separation

  accidental of the two containers during handling.

  In addition, aesthetically, they are not pleasant, which slows down the

development of these.

  The object of the invention is to propose a new packaging which

  remedies in particular the drawbacks mentioned above.

  The invention will be better understood with the aid of the description below made by way of

  Advantageously, the aforementioned cover 8 cooperates, with the end of the tube, by means of a groove 9 which covers and clamps, on the one hand, the end of the tube and, on the other

  In FIGS. 3 and 4, we have voluntarily increased the operating clearances to distinguish the various means but, in reality, there is close contact between the means.   The tube is preferably covered, on at least its internal face, with a

  It may be a tube formed by winding, in particular helical, of a

flank of cardboard.

  The outer face of the tube will preferably be printable.

  Such packaging is very interesting for marketing certain exotic dishes, such as dry products such as "chips" or "tortillas" that are soaked

in an appropriate sauce.
