L'invention concerne un dispositif d'agitation de type cuillère ou spatule. Ce dispositif est caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué d'un corps allongé consommable sur lequel est rapportée une tête d'agitation consommable, la tête d'agitation élargie étant en saillie sur au moins un côté du corps. Application : cuillère à café.

Description

<U>Dispositif d'agitation de type cuillère ou spatule</U> La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'agitation de type cuillère ou spatule.
Elle concerne plus particulièrement un dispositif d'agitation consommable.
On connaît à travers le brevet FR-A-2.688.396 des produits à usage alimentaire comprenant une spatule réutilisable et un produit consommable associé à ladite spatule.
On connaît également à travers le brevet FR-A-85.09998 un conditionnement dans lequel un morceau de sucre est solidaire d'un manche en matière synthétique, le manche étant muni à l'une de ses extrémités d'un corps creux servant au logement du sucre.
Tous ces produits de la technique antérieure se caractérisent par la présence d'un support non consommable associé à un produit consommable. I1 en résulte l'obligation de gérer la récupération de l'élément non consommable en vue éventuellement de sa réutilisation. La présence d'un tel élément non consommable génère un coût important du produit.
Un but de la présente invention est de proposer un dispositif d'agitation de type cuillère ou spatule dont la conception permet d'éviter de gérer la récupération des éléments constitutifs d'un tel dispositif d'agitation.
Un autre but de la présente invention est de proposer un dispositif d'agitation de type cuillère ou spatule dont la conception permet l'obtention d'un produit à coût réduit tout en assurant, dans le cadre d'un tel dispositif, la possibilité de substituer ce nouveau produit à deux produits de l'état antérieur, à savoir par exemple une cuillère et un chocolat fournis au moment de la présentation d'un café.
A cet effet, l'invention a pour objet un dispositif d'agitation de type cuillère ou spatule, caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué d'un corps allongé consommable sur lequel est rapportée une tête d'agitation consommable, la tête d'agitation élargie étant en saillie sur au moins un côté du corps.
De préférence, les matériaux comestibles constitutifs de la tête d'agitation incluent au moins un matériau à base de chocolat. Les matériaux comestibles constitutifs du corps du dispositif peuvent quant à eux être à base de sucre ou de biscuit.
De préférence, les matériaux constitutifs du corps et de la tête du dispositif d'agitation sont différents. L'invention sera bien comprise à la lecture de la description suivante d'un exemple de réalisation.
Le dispositif d'agitation objet de l'invention est destiné plus particulièrement à l'agitation de liquides, en particulier de café. Ce dispositif est entièrement consommable.
Le dispositif est constitué d'un corps allongé consommable formant le manche du dispositif. Ce manche est de préférence réalisé dans une pâte du type pâte à biscuit. Les matériaux constitutifs de ce manche doivent présenter une rigidité suffisante pour assurer la préhension du dispositif, une résistance à la chaleur, une DLC minimum de un an et un goût agréable. Ce manche présente de préférence une longueur de 10 à 15 cm. Il peut être cylindrique avec un diamètre de 0,5 cm environ, ou de section carrée ou rectangulaire.
La tête d'agitation constituant la spatule du dispositif peut être rapportée de manière à venir en saillie sur au moins deux côtés diamétralement opposés du corps. Cette tête ou spatule est en chocolat ou en tout autre matière appétente dont le goût est agréable lorsqu'elle est consommée avec le liquide à consommer tel que du café ou autre. Cette tête ou spatule peut être rendue solidaire du manche au moment du moulage.
Cette tête ou spatule peut être de forme carrée, rectangulaire ou ovale et d'une largeur variable de l'ordre de 3 cm. Cette tête peut de par sa forme constituer un message publicitaire.

Claims (4)

REVENDICATIONS
1. Dispositif d'agitation de type cuillère ou spatule, caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué d'un corps allongé consommable sur lequel est rapportée une tête d'agitation consommable, la tête d'agitation élargie étant en saillie sur au moins un côté du corps.
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les matériaux comestibles constitutifs de la tête d'agitation incluent au moins un matériau à base de chocolat.
3. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que les matériaux comestibles constitutifs du corps du dispositif et de la tête d'agitation sont différents.
4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la tête est rapportée de manière à venir en saillie sur au moins deux côtés diamétralement opposés du corps.
