de la présente invention.of the present invention.

La selle 200 et le mécanisme d'entraînement à pédales  Referring to Figure 1, the present invention generally comprises a frame 100, a saddle 200, a pedal drive mechanism 300 and a base 600. The frame 10 essentially comprises a fork 101, a seat tube 102 and a shroud tube 103. The saddle 200 and the pedal drive mechanism

Le méca-  300 are mounted in appropriate positions of the frame 100. The mechanism

Le support lOlB en forme de U est rigidement monté  Pedal drive nism 300 can be of any conventional configuration well known in the art and is not considered to be part of the invention. The lower ends of the fork 101, of the seat tube 102 and of the seat tube 103 are respectively fitted with pivoting links 10lA, 102A and 103A. The fork 101 is equipped with two shock absorbers 400 which are preferably hydraulic cylinders. As shown in FIG. 2, the pivoting link 101 A comprises a U-shaped support 10B, pivotally coupled to a block 101C. LOlB U-shaped support is rigidly mounted

An axis 101D passes through the U-shaped support IBIB and the block 10C, so that the fork 101 can swing from side to side relative to the base 600, as desired. A locking mechanism 500 is arranged on the pivoting link 101OA and comprises a locking pin 501, a spring 502, a cable 503 and a control lever 504 (see FIGS. 1 and 2). The locking pin 501 has a flange 505 in its intermediate part and is placed in the hole of a tab extending upwards from the U-shaped element 10lB. The locking pin 501 has an end which comes out of the U-shaped element 0llB and engages with one end of the cable 503. The other end of the cable 503 is coupled to the control lever 504. The spring 502 is placed on the locking pin 501 and door against the flange 505 of the axis 501 and against an inner face of the lug of the U-shaped member 110B. LO1C block is pierced

d'un trou lO1E de sorte que, lorsque le bloc 101C est en position verti-  a hole lO1E so that, when the block 101C is in the vertical position

Le  wedge, the front end of the axis 501 is pushed by the spring 502 to penetrate into the hole lObE of the block lOlC. Therefore, when the control lever 504 is pressed, the cable 503 is pulled upwards, which forces the axis 501 to come out of the hole bOlE (see the dotted lines in FIG. 3) and consequently allows the swivel link 101 A to swing from side to side (see Figure 7). When the user of the bicycle releases the control lever 504, the spring 502 forces the end 501A of the axis 501 to move towards the block 101C, so that the end 501A penetrates into the hole lOlE when the hole lOLE is aligned with axis 501, thus locking the bicycle in a fixed position. The

bout 501A de l'axe 501 a une extrémité conique qui facilite l'engage-  end 501A of axis 501 has a conical end which facilitates engagement-

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the pivoting links 102A and 103A have a similar structure and only the pivoting link 102A will be taken as an example to describe this structure. The lower end of the seat tube 102 has an element 11a 1A in the shape of an inverted U. A support member 1021 is fixedly mounted on the base 600. An axis 11l1B passes through the element 11l1l1A in the shape of an inverted U of the seat tube 102 and the support member 1021 to thereby form the

liaison pivotante 102A.swivel link 102A.
