Abstract
The transparent panel has at least one sheet of glass (1) with horizontal and parallel grooves (3) made through part of its thickness. The grooves lie perpendicular to the surface of the glass sheet and are spaced at even intervals. The transparent panel can be multilayered, with the depth of the grooves equivalent to the thickness of the glass sheet, and the ratio of the grooves' depth to the distance between them being between 0.5 and 2:1, and preferably between 1 and 2:1.
