Abstract

The shutter hinge lock consists of a latch (5) connected by a pivot (4) to a strap hinge (1) on the shutter so that it can be turned between unlocked and locked positions. In the unlocked position the latch lies against the surface of the strap hinge and is supported by a stop (6); in the locked position it engages with a cut-away recess in the hinge pin (3).

  ROTATION LOCKING DEVICE

  The present invention relates to a device for locking the rotation of the hinge of a flap, around the hinge, on which it is mounted, making it possible to immobilize

the flap in the open position.

  Traditionally, the shutter is blocked at

  by means of an anchor fixed in the wall, on which is articulated

  thus making it undeformable. If a strong gust of wind over-

  comes, the lock folds and returns immediately after the flap to its position. Polyurethane protects the masonry while

muffling the sounds of shocks.

  The device according to the invention is particularly

  intended to be mounted on all kinds of swing shutters.
