Abstract

The device consists of a perforated tube (A) filled with desiccant product such as silica gel, placed in center of the container. The end of the tube is closed by a stopper (B) which fits in an opening in the bottom of the salt cellar or is attached to a base in another container, the tube being replaced once it has reached saturation level. For a standard 500g container of salt the tube of 15 mm diameter and 100 mm long. A variant has desiccant capsules inside a screw-on base with a filter.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif qui permet à toutes substances alimentaires en poudre, cristallisées ou pas, tel que sel, sucre, farine...de garder sa fraîcheur et sa texture d'origine, de ne pas être altéré par l'humidité et de ne pas coller, dès lors qu'elles sont conditionnées.The present invention relates to a device which allows all powdered food substances, crystallized or not, such as salt, sugar, flour ... to keep its freshness and its original texture, not to be affected by humidity and not to stick, as soon as they are conditioned.
