Abstract

The synthetic material consists of one polyolefin-based layer and at least one layer of a filled polyolefin material which can be joined to the first layer by co-extrusion or hot coating. The filled material has 50 - 95 % mineral or organic filler, and forms only a small proportion (3 - 10 %) of the material 200 - 4000 microns overall thickness.
