Abstract

The lock uses an eccentric wheel to move the locking bolt. The electrically controlled lock includes a lock bolt (1) which blocks the action of the lock control. The bolt slides within the lock casing of the lock between a locked position when it is engaged in the aperture (2), and an unlocked position when it is pushed out to the mouth of the aperture. This movement is achieved by the rotation of an eccentric wheel (7) which is driven by the shaft of an electric motor mounted within the striking plate of the lock.
