Abstract

Dispositif permettant d'assurer l'étanchéité autour d'une palette, ou tout autre stockage par soufflage dans une bâche.Il est constitué de bâches qui entourent la palette et qui assurent l'étanchéité par gonflage lors de la mise en service du ventilateur.

Description

La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'étanchéité d'un système de refroidissement, de réchauffage ou de maintien de température de produits sur une palette placée dans un tunnel.
Ce dispositif permet de remédier à l'inconvénient majeur rencontré dans le type d'application qui est la fuite de l'air autour de la palette.
En effet, l'étanchéité n'est assurée, à ce jour, qu'à l'entrée ou à la sortie de la palette par un joint ou balai.
Dans l'invention, l'étanchéité réalisée au moyen d'une bâche (1) est obtenue par la pression de l'air assurant la ventilation de la palette.
Lors de la mise en service du ventilateur (2), l'air rencontre la palette (4), ce qui crée une pression en amont du système (pl), alors qu'en aval de celle-ci, la pression est nulle (0).
Cela a pour effet de coller la bâche qui sert d'étanchéité sur les côtés et le dessus de la palette.
Ce dispositif permet d'éviter toute fuite de l'air autour de la palette et de minimiser les puissances moteurventilateur.
Cette invention est particulièrement destinée à refroidir les produits lactés (yaourts, crème dessert) dans l'industrie laitière.

Claims (1)

REVENDICATION
1. Dispositif d'étanchéité pour un système d'ajustement de la température de produits situés sur une palette placée dans un tunnel de circulation d'air de ventilation de la palette,
ce dispositif étant CARACTERISE en ce que, dans le tunnel, pour éviter chaque fuite d'air de ventilation autour des produits situés sur la palette, l'étanchéité est réalisée au moyen d'une bâche et cette bâche est disposée pour se coller sur les côtés et le dessus des produits, sous l'effet de la pression de l'air de ventilation qui circule dans ledit tunnel.
