Abstract

The stabiliser for a container (1) comprises a container part (2) with a handle (3). The handle extends so as to be cantilevered by the container upper edge (2a). The handle comprises near its free end (3a) a stand (5) which extends downward from this end over a height equal to that separating the handle end forming the container bottom plane. The stand forms an additional support point co-operating with that formed by the container bottom along a triangulation formed with two points tangent to the bottom so as to compensate for the sleeve cantilever.
