Abstract

The crate (1) comprises a bottom and lateral walls (5,6,7,8) with an opening at their free end. Retractable supports (30,50) can move between a first fitting position (A) of two identical crates and a second position of stacking (B) in which the upper crate rests with a least fitting on the underneath crate (1). These supports extend in the stacking position (B) through the crate opening between two opposite lateral walls in order to support an upper crate. In fitting position (A) they free a sufficient space inside the crate to allow the passage of another identical crate to fit into the underneath crate. There are one or more loading zones (Z1, Z2) between the lateral walls. The retractable supports in their fitting position (A) are separated locally in a direction determined by a distance (L2) less than a dimension (L4) of one of the loading zones on which they encroach. In their position (B) the retractable supports are separated by a distance (L6) greater than the loading zone dimension (L4).

Box according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that, in the position (stacking O, the support means (35, 55) are located substantially at the opening (9) of said box, near the free end of the side walls (5, 6, 7, 8), while in the nesting WA position, they are located closer to the bottom (3).

Box according to claim 5, characterized in that the support means (35, 55) are located at a height distance from the free end of the side walls (5, 6, 7, 8) substantially equal or greater at the nesting height authorized by the cooperation of the respective side walls of two identical boxes (1) and (100) nested one inside the other.

Box according to any one of claims 4 to 6, characterized in that the support means (35, 55) are movable in translation inside the box (1) between their said positions (-) d 'nesting and (O stacking, in combined directions substantially horizontal and vertical, the bottom (3) of the body is then assumed to be substantially horizontal.

Box according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said retractable support means (35, 55) comprise at least two rods (30, 50) parallel to each other, passing through two opposite longitudinal walls (7, 8 ) among said side walls, the rods (30, 50) being inserted in guide slots (10, 12, 20, 22) made in these walls (7, 8) and where they are slidably mounted.

Box according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the retractable support means (35, 45, 55) are three in number and the box (1) comprises two adjacent zones substantially at right of the separation which is located the central retractable support means (45) in the nesting or stacking position.

10. Box according to claim 9, characterized in that said guide slots (10, 11, 12; 20, 21, 22) have the shape of an inverted L-shaped opening.

Box according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it is provided with feet (61 to 69) spaced from one another to constitute a pallet suitable for being handled by the forks of a handling trolley, notches (61a, 61b, 62a, 62b, 63a, 63b, 64a, 64b, 65a, 65b, 66a, 66b, 67a, 67b, 68a, 68b, 69a, 69b) being provided under said feet in order to cooperate with the means retractable support (35, 45, 55) in order to block one over the other two superimposed boxes.

12. Assembly comprising: - a case (1) comprising:

and at least two movable retractable support means (35, 55) between a first position WA for fitting two boxes (1) and (100) identical to each other with a partial fitting of the box (100 ) upper in the underlying body (1), and a second position (stacking O in which an upper body (100) rests with less interlocking on the underlying body (1), these support means (35 , 55) extending in position (O stacking across the opening (9) of the body (1) between two opposite side walls (7, 8) to serve as support for an upper body (100), and freeing in position (A) nesting sufficient space inside the box (1) to let pass another box (100) identical to fit in said underlying box (1), - and parts ( P1 to P8) arranged in the box, in internal loading zones (Z1, Z2) defined to receive them and which are accessed by opening the box sse,

characterized in that, in their position (b for nesting, the retractable support means (35, 45, 55) occupy part of said loading areas or their access to the interior of the box, while they clear this access in the stacking position.
