Abstract

The storage for skis or snow boards has two supple balls (1A,1B). These are held in a trapezoidal compartment that is narrower at the bottom (2) and the balls can move so that they hold the skis vertically. The compartment is closed by an upper plate (3) and a lower plate (4) that prevent the balls from escaping. A front panel (5) serves as a support for decorative motifs. The balls can be replaced by supple rollers.

 The present invention relates to a vertical presentation system. (or storage) for snowboards, ski s and monoskis, as well as all other flat or almost flat objects.

 The system presented can be either + fixed to the wall, or mounted on a base that can be rolled. It hardly takes up space when it is empty.

 The principle is the vertical displacement of bare balls of flexible rollers (caputchouc or plastic) in a trapezoidal housing tightened downwards: the greater the downward force, the more the balls or the rollers are compressed. The tightening once obtained works as well laterally, so it is enough very little grip on the parts (1, to 2 cm is enough).

 A simple upward movement loosens the balls and releases the stored part.

 The storage units can be produced and sold individually, but are above all designed to be present in strips, the length of which will be adapted to customer needs.

 The spacing between each attachment will also depend on the parts to be hung and their size.

 This device was imagined as a solution to solve the problem of storing snowboards, but its use can be extended to all rooms with a flat surface.
