Abstract

Revêtement pour assurer la protection de l'isolant des panneaux de toiture contre les intempéries et rendre l'ensemble étanche. L'invention concerne la mise en place d'un revêtement mince étanche permettant de protéger la partie supérieure des panneaux de toiture afin d'assurer une protection de l'isolant caractérisé en ce que le revêtement recouvre non seulement l'isolant mais également la partie intérieure des bois latéraux évitant ainsi tout risque d'infiltration entre le bois et ledit isolant.

DESCRIPTION
La présente invention concerne la mise en place d'un revêtement sur la partie superieure des panneaux de toiture afin d'assurer une protection de l'isolant contre les intempéries et rendre l'ensemble du composant étanche.
Les differents panneaux de toiture sur le marché ,en particulier les caissons chevronnés, intègrent un isolant rigide de type polyuréthane ,polystyrène expansé ou extrudé dont le revêtement supérieur ,quand il y en a un n'a pas de caractéristiques ni par lui même ni par son positionnement permettant d'assurer une étanchéité provisoire contre les intempéries
Le revêtement selon l'invention permet de remédier à cette situation.
Il comporte pour premiere caractéristique le fait d'être positionne non seulement sur l'isolant mais egalement sur la partie interieure des bois latéraux qui ensserrent celui ci (schemal) evitant ainsi la possibilité d'infiltration entre l'isolant et le bois.
Ce revêtement mince peut être de natures differentes telles:un film pvc, polyethylêne, aluminium ou papier hydrophobe;
Selon le mode d'application lors de la fabrication en usine, le revêtement peut comporter une couche de colle thermofusible afin d'adherer a l'isolant et aux bois lorsque le revetement sera réchauffe.
Tout autre procedé permettant un bon collage du revêtement sur l'isolant et sur les bois pourra être retenu;

Claims (5)

  1. REVENDICATIONS 1) Revêtement destiné à protéger la partie supérieure des panneaux de toiture afin d'assurer une protection de I'iso lant contre les intemPérieS, caractérisé en ce qu'il recouvre non seulement l'isolant mais également la partie intérieure des bois latéraux du panneau,évitant ainsi la possibilité d'infiltration entre l'isolant et le bois.
  2. 2) Revêtement selon la revendication 1 caracterisé en ce que le dit revêtement est étanche.
  3. 3) Revêtement selon la revendication 2 caractérisé en ce qu'il est mince et n'attenue en rien les qualités de l'lsolant.
  4. 4) Revêtement selon la revendication 3 caractérisé en ce que sa matière est de type: plastique,polyethylène,aluminium ou papier hydrophobe ou materiau similaire.
  5. 5) Revêtement selon la revendication 4 applicable sur tous les types de panneau de toiture chevronnés quel que soit l'isolant en place.
