Abstract

The container has a housing (1) with gradations and indicia for the type of contents. The housing has a sealable air inlet (4). The housing can optionally have a base with an opening of large diameter for the introduction of cartons or solids ie grains or granules and a sealable closure cap (6). The housing can have an copper opening with a cap (4) having an air inlet to open and hermetically seal a carton in the housing. The cap has a perforating point with a tapered profile and with one or more openings allowing opening and emptying of a carton in one operation.

Description

 The invention relates to a device allowing the opening of cartons or bricks and emptying their contents into a container intended to collect it without risk of soiling and in a single gesture.

 The opening of these cartons or bricks is traditionally carried out using a pair of scissors and requires several delicate operations to transfer the liquid into a container. This is not always suitable for the product thus collected and the pouring of the liquid is not without risk of soiling. In addition, this container does not always indicate the indications and recommendations necessary for its use.

 The device according to the invention overcomes these drawbacks. It comprises, in fact, according to a first optional characteristic, a container in the form of a graduated bottle with a large diameter orifice at its base. According to a second characteristic, it is equipped with a plug having a tapered conical perforator making it possible to pierce hermetically flexible plastic or cardboard. This has one or more orifices allowing the liquid to flow into the container. For the use of the container a closable pouring spout covers the perforator and allows pouring, with a regular flow rate, without staining.

According to a third characteristic, the container has a closable air intake, necessary and manually or automatically opened during the transfer of the liquid. It also makes it possible to withdraw or subsequently introduce a variable and precise quantity of liquid with a syringe. Thus, the user just has to cap the perforator, open the air intake, lightly press the carton or the brick on the perforator and press to empty. The cap can be unscrewed to dilute the product with another liquid. The container has the advantage of having a graduation for a more or less concentrated dilution thus avoiding an ineffective underdosing or an aggressive overdose.

 According to particular embodiments: - The air intake can be located on the plug for automatic opening and closing with the spout.

- The thread of the neck of the container is compatible to adapt existing plugs incorporating or not vaporizers or pumps.

- The perforator is removable from the cap to be turned over and pierced from the inside.

 With reference to these drawings, the device comprises a graduated container (1), with indications on the nature of the product contained, of variable capacity and of various shape. A stopper (2) comprising a perforator whose conical and tapered profile allows by light pressure to pierce hermetically flexible plastic or cardboard. This perforator has one or more orifices allowing the flow and collection of the liquid in the container (I). The closable pouring spout (3) protects the perforator by covering it. It can possibly automatically shut off the air intake (4) if it is located on the plug. The closable air intake (4) located on the cap or the container allows the liquid contained in the carton or the brick to flow without moving it from the perforator.

This also makes it possible to withdraw or introduce a variable and precise quantity of liquid by fitting a syringe (5). It optionally includes a tube for suction in the bottom of the container and an orifice. This is closed by the tip of the syringe and allows when it is not inserted to evacuate air or pour traditionally.

 According to a variant, the container (1) may comprise at its base a large diameter orifice with a tightly closed stopper (6) making it possible to introduce a carton or a brick. The perforator can be removable from the stopper (2) and re-punched to pierce inside the container. For particular applications, the container fitted with a traditional stopper can thus contain, reload and pour with a regular flow, whatever its inclination of the solids in the form of grains, granules. The plug (2) has the advantage of being used in different ways and thus unscrewed, turned over, fitted onto the neck during decanting and then return to its initial position for pouring. The spout (4) then becomes superfluous.

 Currently, the plastic transformation industry makes it possible to obtain, by simple injection into molds of various shapes (caps, bottles, containers, etc.) for a particularly attractive cost price and in very large quantities.

 The device according to the invention is particularly intended for opening and emptying economic packages of household or food products in suitable containers.

Claims (5)

 1) Device for opening and emptying into a container of liquids contained in cartons or bricks. Characterized in that it comprises a container (t) with graduation and indication of the nature of the product contained possibly including an air intake (4). Characterized in that the container (1) optionally has at its base a large diameter orifice for easily introducing cartons, bricks or solids (grains, granules, etc.) and a tightly closed stopper (6)  2) Device according to the first claim consisting of a plug (2) possibly including an air intake (4), for opening and hermetically emptying a carton or a brick in the container (1). Characterized in that it comprises a perforator with a tapered profile with one or more orifices making it possible to open and empty in a single operation a carton or a brick. Characterized in that the perforator is integral or removable with the stopper (2) for piercing inside the container (1).  3) Device according to the first and second claim for pouring the liquid from the container (1). Characterized in that it consists of a closable pouring spout (3) covering the perforator of the cap (2) possibly including a obturator if the cap has an air intake (4).  4) Device according to the first and second claim for hermetically introducing liquid into the container (1) with the perforator of the stopper (2). Characterized in that it consists of an air intake (4) with manual or automatic closure located on the container (1) or the stopper (2) whose diameter allows the insertion of the tip of a syringe (5) for introducing or withdrawing a variable and precise quantity of liquid into the container (1). Characterized in that this air intake can comprise a tube for aspirating into the bottom of the container and an orifice allowing traditional use for pouring when it is not blocked by the tip of a syringe.  5) Device according to the fourth claim for introducing or withdrawing a precise and variable quantity of liquid in the container (1).
