Abstract

The multi-purpose garden tool consists of a shaft made from two concentric tubes (2,4) which can be rotated relative to one another and are equipped with end grippers (6,8) for seizing plants. It can be fitted with a seed dispenser to allow seeds to be sown precisely through the inner of the two tubes, and has an interchangeable claw head (30) on a third tube (26) which slides inside the other two and is held in place by a pin (28) inserted through concentric holes in the three tubes. The tube has an upper handle (10), a lower projection (36) for applying foot pressure, and a marker (38) for indicating its penetration depth.

L'invention est du domaine du jardinage, et elle a pour objet un outil de jardinage multifonctions. The invention is in the field of gardening, and it relates to a multifunctional gardening tool.

On connaît des instruments de jardinage pour travailler le sol en station debout, tel que bêche, râteau, binette, pelle, comprenant un manche long pour la préhension et la manoeuvre de l'instrument, et un organe outil disposé à l'extrémité, dite distale, du manche. Gardening instruments are known for working the soil in a standing position, such as spade, rake, hoe, shovel, comprising a long handle for gripping and operating the instrument, and a tool member disposed at the end, called distal, from the neck.

Un premier but de l'invention est de proposer un instrument du genre, qui soit multifonctions et dont la structure permette notamment d'interchanger les outils. Un deuxième but de l'invention est de proposer un instrument du genre, destiné à extraire les végétaux du sol, sans avoir à se baisser, pour notamment arracher les mauvaises herbes.
