Abstract

The brief case which can be transported by a shoulder strap (2) can be stabilised on the lower part of a vehicle seat (0) by means of a strap (32). The case structure comprises a rigid part (1) which can be inclined, and onto which it is possible to write or hold documents in position. In its closed position a sheet (3) is stabilised on the case by means of an elastic band (5) and a stop (6). The stop prevents the sheet from sliding downwards. In order to correctly position the hand (88) and the pen (91) on the part furthest from the writing case, the writing surface is inclined by means of two rigid side parts (12) made by injection moulding. The inside of the case has different compartments able to contain pens, delivery notes, etc.

Description

 The present invention relates to transportable bag structures intended to be stabilized in a motor vehicle to be used both as storage, filing and on-board writing bags on which it will be possible to write.

 It should be noted that these bag structures are in fact seven in number, the first bag structure, which we will name, the main bag structure, then two bag structures which we will call "variants of the main bag structure" , and finally four other bag structures, which we will name, second, third, fourth and fifth structure.

 After the product resulting from invention patent number 2707570 was put on the French market, it turned out that there was a badly exploited market. This market is that of storage products in motor vehicles.

The invention 2707570 meets a real need, it fully satisfies the people who are at the back of a motor vehicle, it allows them to have both access to a large empty pocket and a tablet of edge. While the driver or front passenger have access to the empty pocket. the tablet being difficult to use if the product is placed on the front seats of a motor vehicle.

 We can therefore find ourselves in the situation where we want to be able to work, that is to say writing or consulting documents at the front of a motor vehicle, without having to be placed at the back of that -this.

 We can also find ourselves in the situation where we want to be able to classify our order forms, customer file, laptop, delivery notes, or simply store our snack in an easily accessible place, to carry hand.

 You can still find yourself in the situation where you want to carry with you, to the office, or to your home occurs storage or filing, and this as a simple briefcase or as a simple towel.

 We may find ourselves in the situation where we want to stabilize the storage product in the front seat of the passenger in order to firstly have access to the content of this product and secondly, to avoid it falls, in the event of sudden braking, on the vehicle floor.

 One can find oneself in the situation where one wishes to remove or position quickly and without great effort occurs on the front seat of a motor vehicle.

 We can find ourselves in the situation or to avoid possible storage and referencing problems, we want to manufacture and sell a product with a standard fixing system, adaptable to all motor vehicles.

 We can now find ourselves in the situation where it is more practical to write on an inclined writing desk, and this in order to have easier access to the most distant part of this writing desk.

 Although there is a document holder support device (invention patent N "2.501.132), provided with a work surface that is fixed on the one hand on the windshield and on the other hand on the vehicle floor, this system has a disadvantage compared to our invention, among other things that it is very bulky, impractical, and difficult to install.

 In view of the above, we have developed a first bag structure, the main bag structure, to then develop a full range of products which serve as writing cases, storage bags, classification, which are easily transportable, which easily stabilize on the lower part of the front seat of a motor vehicle and which can be used by the person who is at the wheel of the vehicle.

 The user will thus be able to organize himself knowing that he has at his disposal a very practical working tool. Among other things, his day can be organized as follows.

 At the start of the day, he will start by sliding inside his bag structure, his snack in a first compartment of his structure and the documents he will need in the second compartment of it. He will carry it with a handle or with a strap. I1 will then place its bag structure on the passenger seat, either through the passenger door, or through the driver's door. It will stabilize it on this passenger seat by means of one of the fixing systems that we have created. (These systems will be listed later in the drafting of the invention). Once in his vehicle, the driver will be able to obtain his map of the region inside his bag structure and stabilize it on the inclined upper part of the latter. Once at one of his customers or at one of his suppliers, he can put away his card, take out his customer file or his supplier file, or consult it and possibly prepare for his interview. lt will then be enough for him to put away the files he has just consulted, detach the bag structure from the passenger seat and finally go to his appointment. Its bag structure can be used as a case attaché, towel or case pilot.

 This product could therefore have the external appearance of a classic leather goods, with the creation of all the products that a range of leather goods can involve.

 When designing the first bag structure. We set out to create a simple product first and then decline a more complete range. We will name this simple bag structure, the main bag structure. We will start our enumeration with the description of this simple bag structure and then extend the description to the rest of the range.

 This first bag structure is well represented in position on the front passenger seat (0) of a motor vehicle of FIG. 1, and is represented alone in FIG. 7. Once in position on the seat, it suffices to stabilize the bag structure (4) of Figure 7, to secure it with the fixing strap, here the strap (32a) of Figures 1 and 6, strap which comes to surround the upper back of the seat, and this through the system attachment (32a) of Figures 1 and 6. We then used a carabiner with double attachment to secure this carabiner (11) to the main bag structure. It will be possible to use a single-link carabiner, for that it will suffice to fix the fixed part of it on the ring (14) of one of the lateral parts (12) or (12 bis).

 In England the steering wheel being on the right of the vehicle, the ring will indeed be on the left side part of one of the bag structures which are listed in the rest of the drafting of the invention patent.

 The first bag structure, as in Figure I is therefore in the closed position, a sheet (3) is stabilized on the writing part (1) here by means of an elastic band (5) and a stop (6 ). This stop will prevent the sheet (3) from sliding down.

 The two side parts are two rigid parts. They are made of injected and molded plastic. They will be the two main parts of the bag structure. The general appearance of the main bag structure depends on the shape of these two parts (12 and 12 bis). We opted for a structure without sharp edges, and this for questions of aesthetics. We can, however, if desired, create a bag structure with clean edges.

 In order to facilitate the writing and positioning of the hand (88) and the pen (91) on the part furthest from the writing desk (1) of FIG. 1, we have opted for the creation of a structure bag with an inclined part (1). For this we have created an angle 0, as in Figures 2 and 5, between the lower part and the two lateral parts (12) and (12bis), and therefore the sides 12a and 12c of these two lateral parts.

 So here we have created two main bag structures with side parts of different shapes. The two possible side parts of the first main bag structure are shown in FIG. 2. The two possible side parts of the second main bag structure are shown in FIG. 5.

In the case of the first main bag structure, identical to that of FIG. 7, we have therefore created a product having the appearance at the lateral level of an isosceles triangle with two identical angles a. We approach, thus, for the case of this bag structure of a product which can easily enter a range of leather goods
By creating, on the other hand for the case of the second bag structure, having two rigid lateral parts having the appearance of a right triangle as in FIG. 5, with always an angle O but also with an angle ss of 90 degrees.

We also create here a new original concept only by the particular form of a leather goods, usable in a motor vehicle.

 The main bag structure (4a) of FIG. 1 therefore makes it possible to obtain a product with two uses. The first use is in an on-board writing desk, as in FIG. 7, and the second use, in the on-board bag position, as in FIG.

 The first use of this bag structure is therefore a use in on-board writing desk. This writing board can be obtained more easily by the inclination of the part (1) but also here by the use of a system for holding the sheets (3) on this part (1).

 We can use several support systems, the first system, shown in none of the figures, can be an identical system and comparable to "a clothespin" found on the French market. This system would be fixed on the highest part of part 1. We will not go into detail in the manufacture of this clamp. It may however be fixed to the writing part (1) by means, for example, of a rivet.

 The second system, always shown in none of the figures, may be composed of two parts. A first metallized piece covering the writing part (1), and a second part composed of a magnet, it will then be enough to stabilize a sheet on this writing desk to position this small magnetic piece, above this sheet.

 The Third system, the one used on our main bag structure in Figure 1, consists of two parts, a first part (5), an elastic band, sewn at the side edges of the part (1), and a holding stop (6).

 This retaining stop here having the shape of a quarter cylinder. It will prevent, as I have already mentioned at the beginning of the drafting, the sheet (3) from sliding down.

It can be inserted, and glued between the rigid interior part (22) and the flexible exterior part (17), or glued on the upper part of the writing desk (1), as in FIG. 11. In both cases , the material used may be a conventional rigid PVC.

 Having explained the first use of the different bag structures, in on-board writing, we will now explain the second use, as in Figure 8, where we find ourselves in a type of use "edge bag". It is enough for us, to pass from the first use, the position P0 to the second use, the position P1, to lift the cover of the main bag structure (4a), represented here by the writing part (1).

 The movement, from position PO to position P1, ie from the writing position to the on-board bag position, is represented by the arrow to the right of the main bag structure (4a) in FIG. movement is obtained by creating a point of rotation at the hinge (7) in Figures 7 and 8. The creation of this hinge is also possible thanks to the flexibility of the two PVC parts, (16) and (17 ) of Figure 11. They indeed cover the rigid parts, here cardboard (19) and (22) of Figure 11, but these two parts (19) and (22) are positioned at the hinge (7 ), One against the other, without any rigid part to separate them. The hinge (7) is thus created. It should be noted that these two rigid parts could be PVC as well as compact cardboard boxes, or made of metal, metal alloys, or even aluminum.

This list is of course not exhaustive.

 Once the writing part (1) is raised, it is possible to maintain it in the high position by means of the part 44a of FIGS. 12, 13 and 14. The high position is represented by FIG. 12 and the semi-high position is represented by Figure 13. The movement to go from Figure 12 to Figure 13 is a rotational movement. This movement is represented by the arrow M, arrow which makes us pass from the position MO to the position M1, around the axis (79) of figure 14. The blocking of the part (85) in high position is possible thanks to the stops (75a) and (75b) of Figures 13 and 14, one coming to be positioned against the other.

The part (85) can therefore rotate 180 degrees. The small bar (85), during the movement M, will also come, for its part, to rotate (m) on the orifice (76) with the fixing lug (40). The holes (77) will allow to fix the two legs (40b) on the inside of the side parts (12), and this by two rivets and the two legs (40a) under the writing desk (1 ?, and also by l intermediate of two rivets, the upper tab (40a), being here made in the form of a square, and the lower tab (40b) being straight.

 The mounting of the two parts 44a of the main bag structure is even more visible in FIG. 14. First of all, the two parts 94 of the parts 85 and 86 fit into the two orifices (76) of the two tabs 40a and 40b of each part 44a, then the cylindrical part (97) of the round part (96a) comes to slide in the orifices 95a, 95b and 95c of the parts 85, 86 and 96b.

 It should be noted that this assembly has just been given for information only, in fact this support system is easily found on the market, and this without the need to manufacture it yourself.

 The two types of possible uses of the different bag structures having been listed, we will now go to the third specificity of these different structures, they are removable and transportable.

 The different bag structures including the main bag structure can therefore be transported via the strap (2) or the handle (20) for the main bag structure of FIG. 7. The first system (2) being secured to the main bag structure via the two rings (14).

The strap (2) being composed of a carabiner (10) which is fixed on this ring (14), a length adjustment system (80) of the strap (2) and a reinforcement 79. The rings (14) and (14bis) will be secured to the lateral parts (12) and (12bis) by means of two small lengths of strap (13) and (13bis), as can be seen in FIG. 11. These small strap lengths will actually be sewn or riveted to the two side parts of the bag structures 4a, 4b, 4c and 44d.

 The main bag structure is closed by the two male parts of the clasps (8) and (8bis) and by the two female parts (9) and (9bis). This closure can be seen in Figure 11. The male part being made up of two parts (8) and (15). Two flexible pieces of PVC or leather, the pieces (15) and (15bis) and two pieces of metal or very rigid PVC, the male pieces (8) and (8bis) of the clasp. This system is very common and widely used in the fields of leather goods. We can therefore have different manufacturing processes for this clasp here. The two female parts (9) and (9bis) will, in turn, staple on the upper rigid part of the writing desk (1).

 We can now find ourselves in the situation where we wish to integrate interior partitions (84) as in FIG. 9. In the case of this structure in FIG. 9, we have integrated a single partition. This partition may separate, for example, the snack of the day from the delivery notes. This type of bag structure can be used by delivery drivers who spend whole days in their vehicle without having the time or money to eat properly.

 In addition, one can find oneself in the situation where one wishes to classify documents in the main bag structure 4a. We have therefore created a bag structure by integrating filing bellows, as in Figure 10.

This filing system is attached to the lower part of the writing desk (1). I1 is therefore composed of flexible bellows (41) and rigid spacers (78), each sewn to the other. The content of the structure thus created is, in this way easily accessible to the driver of the motor vehicle. The inclination of the writing desk (1), when it is in the open position, prevents the content, when it is desired to access it, from sliding on the floor of the vehicle.

 The creation of the two types of use was only possible thanks to the mounting of a sufficiently rigid structure. The skeleton of this structure is detailed in Figure 11. This figure will now allow us to understand the mounting principle.

This structure is made up of five sides. Two rigid PVC side pieces, the parts (12) and (12bis), identical to each other and positioned symmetrically, form the first two sides. The other three ribs will be provided by the five parts (16), (17), (18), (37), and (22) The flexible part (16) in
PVC covering the rigid parts, here molded, (12) and (12bis). The rigid parts always made of PVC (18) and (37) will be positioned above this part (16), already positioned on the faces 12a and 12b of two side pieces (12) and (12bis). The second flexible part (17) will then cover the assembly. The whole being secured to the fixed ribs 12a and 12b by one or more seams.

 The upper part of the main bag structure, the writing part (1) will be composed of the flexible parts (16) and (17), and of a rigid part (22). The rigid part (22) being positioned in a "sandwich" between the two flexible parts (16) and (17). These three parts are glued against each other and then sewn at their ends. It will be possible for aesthetic reasons to position on the contours of the rigid writing part (1) a border (or more commonly called bias) in PVC or soft leather.

 The elastic band (5), the stop (6) as well as the carrying handle (20), the two closure straps (8) and (8bis), the retaining system (44) and the four feet (23) are also shown in this figure 11.

 The handle of the main structure of Figure 11 is composed of three parts (19), (20) and (21). The small part (19) comes to staple on the bottom side of the flexible part (17). The molded PVC handle (20) will be fixed on this small part (19) by means of two studs (21). The handle (20) can then come to rotate about the axis created by this small part (21) and the two small cylindrical orifices (92) of the handle (20).

 It should also be noted that the main part of the structure composed of parts (16), (17), (18), (37) and (22) can be made in a single molded part, and the hinge thereof. obtained by microwave welding. These processes are very common in the luggage sector.

 As we already indicated at the start of patent writing, the main bag structure is stabilized on the seat (0) by means of a removable fixing system. We have developed four different fastening systems, systems 32a, 32b, 32c and 32d.

 A last system, could be envisaged, this system is not shown in any of the figures, and can use the seat belt, as a support system, a small strap can come around the lower part of this seat belt and secure the various bag structures with the front seat (o).

 We will start our listing with the fixing strap 32a used as in Figure 1. This removable fixing strap (32a) can be in the male clasp (26). The ring (27) makes it possible to adjust the length of the fixing strap (32a). The greater or lesser number of orifices (29) will make it possible to adjust the positioning of the carabiner (11) and consequently, the positioning of the various structures including the main bag structure (4) on the seat (0) of the motor vehicle.

 We can now find ourselves in the situation where we want to position the different bag structures more easily on the front seat (0) of a motor vehicle. This fastening system consists of a fastening strap that we will call the strap 32b. This fixing strap (32b) of Figure 18 consists of a velcro strip (or more commonly called "scratch" strip). This velcro strip in fact replaces the orifices (29) for adjusting the fixing strap (32a) of FIG. 6. It will be enough to stabilize one of the different bag structures, including the structure (4a), at the seat (0) to fix a velcro strip, opposite to that fixed on the fixing strap (32b), on the lower face (12a) of one of these structures including the bag structure (4a) which comes into contact with the headquarters (0).

 We can still find ourselves in the situation where we want to have a fixation that comes to be placed on the seat (0) in a slightly easier way. For this we have created the fixing (32c) of Figure 19. It is wedged between the two parts of the seat (0) of a motor vehicle of Figure 1. The ring (14), identical to that of main structure, in metal, which then comes into focus will serve to fix the carabiner (11) and consequently one of the different structures, including the main bag structure (4a). In Figure 19, we can see in detail the positioning of this attachment (32c) on the seat (0). The more or less important volume of the part (36), will allow the fixing (32c) to stabilize on the seat (0) and consequently on one of the different bag structures. It can be made of metal or even PVC. Figures 21 and 22 allow us to visualize in detail all the parts already mentioned in the two previous figures. It should be noted that the cylinder (36) may consist of a part, as in FIG. 21, or of two parts, the parts 36a and 36b, as in FIGS. 22 and 23, one of which is screwed into the other. The strap (35) will wedge and therefore cover the length L1 and of diameter 2 of the part 36b, less than the diameter O 1 of the two parts 36a and 36b, this as in FIGS. 21, 22 and 23.

It should be noted that this fixing system does not allow us to ensure that the various bag structures, once fixed with the carabiner (11) are really stable. It can indeed happen that one of these different bag structures
in the event of too sudden braking of the vehicle, may fall on the floor before it.

 We can therefore now find ourselves in the situation where we still wish to use the space that may exist between the back of a seat (0) of a motor vehicle and the lower part of this same seat (0) , but this time we want to have the most stable fixation possible. This system is the fixing system (32d). I1 is shown in Figures 24, 25 and 26.

 This new system is first shown in Figure 24, it is here positioned on the seat of a motor vehicle (0). FIG. 25 represents this same fixing system, presented here alone and in perspective. The two parts of the seat (0) in FIG. 24 are deliberately separated. The part 14 consists of a ring, here made of metal, as for the three fasteners already mentioned. The part 11, the connecting carabiner, will be fixed on it and will be the link with one of the different bag structures, including the main bag (4a). The strap (38), must have as main specification, to be able to withstand strong traction. The cylinder (39) will prevent the various bag structures, once positioned on the seat (0) by means of the ring (14) and the carabiner (11), in the event of a sudden brake application, fall on the vehicle floor. The part (36), identical to that of the fixing (32c), will prevent this fixing system, when none of the five bag structures is fixed on the ring (14), from sliding on the rear of the vehicle automobile. The four tarpaulin eyelets (29) will be riveted in one or more orifices 29a of the thong strap (38). The cylindrical part (39) of Figure 25 will get stuck in one of these four holes (29). Room 39 consists of 2 rooms. The first, the part 39a coming to be fixed on the second part 39b, as in Figure 26 The eyelet will then get stuck on the small space (L.3) of the part 32b, of diameter 3 less than the diameter 4 of the two parts 39a and 39b.

 With the creation of the main bag structure (4a), we realized that it was, as I already wrote at the start of writing, not only possible, but also desirable to create a full range of structure of bag.

From the simplest, the main structure (4a) of Figure 7, to the most complicated of the bag structures, of which, the second (4b), third (4c), fourth (4d) and fifth (4th) bag structure .

 We will not lose sight throughout this range, the principles which are the important principles of the patent, that is to say, the creation of an on-board bag and on-board writing desk, with inclined or tilting writing desk, easily transportable , easy to install on the front seat of a motor vehicle, adaptable to all motor vehicles and on which it is possible to stabilize, sheets of paper, pens or even, for example, a delivery book.

 The range could be extended in terms of quality, the materials used could be more or less noble. We can therefore use PVC as well as leathers of all kinds.

 We will begin our enumeration of the range which we created by the edge towel of figures 27, 28 and 29., It will have the aspect of a simple towel, but its rigidity and its system in two positions, will make a second bag structure, bag structure 4b.

 This second bag structure can be stabilized on the front seat (0) of a car seat by one of the five fastening systems already listed. A fixing ring (14) is fixed on the right part of this second bag structure of FIG. 29, it is not visible in the two drawings of FIGS. 27 and 28. The carabiner (11) will then make it possible to secure this second bag structure with the fixing and consequently with the front seat (0) of the motor vehicle.

 Figure 28 shows this second bag structure (4b) in the folded position.

A sheet and a pen are positioned on the writing part (1), held by an elastic band (5) and a stop (6). The two parts (44) are folded here, they can be viewed alone in Figures 12, 13 and 14. The parts (44a) and (44b) are identical in appearance, only their lengths will be different. On this bag structure we will have this time two identical pieces (40a) for each piece (44a) and (44b). In Figure 28, the bag structure is closed here, access to its contents is not possible.

 To access the content of the second structure, it will suffice to open the two clasps made up of the three parts (8), (8bis), (9), (9bis), (15) and (bis) of Figure 29. The two straps (15) and (bis) coming to position and sew on the part (42a) of Figure 29. The female clasps (9) and (9bis) coming to staple on the outside part (42b).

 Figure 27 shows this same bag structure. The two parts 44a and 44b are this time unfolded and stretched. They allow us both to obtain the desired inclination, one being shorter than the other, the part 44b being shorter than the part 44a, and also to obtain the writing case (1). This writing desk will also be obtained thanks to the rigidity of part (1). The presence of the bellows (41) of FIG. 26 will allow us, for its part, to obtain the movement from the position PO to the position P1, by varying the volume of the bag structure 4b.

 Figure 29 shows the second bag structure in perspective and exploded. In this figure, it is easy to understand how the rigidity of the writing desk (1) is obtained. Indeed, it is obtained by sliding two rigid structures (43a) and (43b) under the apparent flexible parts (42a) and (42b) of the writing desk. The materials used which stiffen this writing desk can be either rigid PVC or compact cardboard or very light metal alloys. It will be possible for this particular bag structure to obtain a structure having two writing cases, the first (42a) symmetrical to the second (42b).

 The ring (14) as well as the strap (13) coming to stabilize the bag structure on the front seat (0) of a motor vehicle are shown on the right-hand side of FIG. 29. This slides on the hinge separating the second and third bellows.

 Also shown here in FIG. 29 is an exploded view of an order book, which slips between the two rigid parts (89a) and (89b) of the opening of the second bag structure 4b.

 The movement to pass from the closed position to the open position of the bag will be possible thanks to the stud (92) creating an axis of rotation with the two parts (91) coming to stabilize the two parts (89a) against each other and (89b).

 The bag structure will be transportable by means of a handle 33, this handle will consist of two pieces, the first coming to be sewn on the part (42a) and the second part coming to stabilize on the part (42b). The material used is a PVC or leather covering a rigid part and molded in the shape of a handle.

 We will continue the enumeration of the various bag structures by the third and fourth bag structures in the form of a pilot box. The third structure is a simple case pilot with two positions, while the fourth pilotecase structure can be used in four different ways.

 What will interest us here is mainly the way in which we can obtain both the different positions, but also the way in which the two structures can support the tablet in the high position.

 We will begin here with the description of the third bag structure shown in Figures 30, 31, 32 and 33, the bag structure 4c.

 Figure 30 shows the bag structure in the low PO position. The retaining elastic (5), the stop (6) always allow the sheet (3) to be stabilized as for the previous structures. The strap (2), and the fixing ring (14) and its small strap (13) will be identical to the previous structures.

 The two clasps (98) of Figure 30 of this structure may be key clasps or combination composed of a male part and a female part.

The male part being fixed on the part 93 and the female part on the part 94. This type of clasp is frequently used in the fields of leather goods and luggage.

 Figure 30 shows the same bag structure in inclined position P1 and writing desk. I1 suffices to pass from position P0 to position P1 to unhook the male part (45) from the female part (46) and then to lift the male part (45) in order to obtain an inclined writing desk. We will use the small metallic sphere (48), better represented at the level of figure 34. Once the writing desk (1) in high position, position P1, it will be stabilized as such via the part (44) . This clasp system is the same as that already used on the first two bag structures. The bellows (41) could possibly serve as an inner interlayer to the bag, but here it only protects the content of our bag structure.

The opening of the structure is ensured by the opening of the two flexible parts (93) and (94). The interior compartments (87) are provided here as in FIG. 32 by two rigid structures glued or sewn onto the side walls (12) and (12bis) of the third bag structure (4c).

 Figure 32 will allow us to visualize one of the possible modes of manufacturing the skeleton of the third bag structure. The skeleton is composed of a rigid structure in the shape of a parallelepiped identical to that of FIG. 38. It is composed of 12 parts, having a profile in the shape of a quarter of a cylinder, glued, stapled or nested to each other. These 12 pieces could be rigid. the material used can therefore be wood, or PVC, or even a metal alloy profile or finally aluminum, the whole should be as light as possible. As for us, we use very light wooden pieces.

 The skeleton of the third structure, of FIG. 33, has the function, among other things, of supporting here the two parts (44), which allow the transformation from position 0, to position 1, or from horizontal position to tilted position. Indeed, one of the two tabs of the part (44), the tab 40a, will be fixed on the inner face of one of the parts (58) from the top and the other tab of the part (44), the tab (40b) will be fixed on the hidden part of the flexible piece (50) in PVC., and consequently on the inclined rigid part (1).

 In order to completely cover the third bag structure, rigid parts covered by flexible, more aesthetic parts will be used here. Indeed the flexible parts (54) and (56) will cover the rigid part (55), the flexible parts (54bis) and (56bis) will come to cover the rigid part (S5bis) and finally the flexible parts (51) and (53 ) flexible will cover the rigid parts (52) and (61).

 The structure of the writing desk will be provided by the three parts (48), (49), and (50).

The flexible parts (48) and (50) will cover the rigid part (49). This must have as specifications, to be both as rigid as possible, in order to withstand the pressure of a writing hand, have good resistance to humidity, and finally have good resistance at temperature. The hinge will be ensured by the flexibility that there is between the two parts (48) and (50) which are positioned one on the other at the top of the part (57), at the top and to the right of Figure 33.

 The next five figures, Figures 34, 35, 36, 37 and 38, show the fourth bag structure, the 4d structure, and the second structure in the form of a pilot-case. This second pilot case will allow us to obtain four positions of use. The first three figures 34, 35, 36 are views from the bottom of the bag, Figure 37 a view from above the bag and finally the view of Figure 38 is a perspective and exploded view of the skeleton of the fourth structure bag.

 FIG. 34 shows the bag structure in position 0, the writing case which is shown here in hatched form, is neither in the front inclined position, nor in the rear inclined position, the writing case is in the horizontal position. The writing desk can be stabilized on the structure by the two clasps made up of two identical parts (45, 45b) and (46,46b). The parts (48) and (48b) get stuck in the orifices 85 and 85b of the parts (46) and (46b). The two clasps are here in the open position for a better understanding of their operations.

 This fourth structure can rest on the ground by means of the four legs 23. These four legs will be nailed or screwed to the bottom of this structure.

 Figure 35 shows the bag structure in position P1 "writing desk", a sheet is stabilized on it by means of both the stopper (6) but also of the elastic (5). It was enough for us to pass from the position PO of FIG. 34 to the position Pi, to lift this writing desk using the sphere (48) of the clasp (45). Once in the high position P1, as in FIG. 35, it will suffice to position the part (44) in a vertical and locked position, this part is best represented in FIGS. 12, 13 and 14. The segment 75a of the part (85 ) of Figure 13 abutting against the segment (75b) of the part (86).

 Figure 36 shows the same bag structure in the fully raised position. For this we opened the two clasps (45 and 46) and (45b and 46b) and we lifted the part (1), via the two spheres (48 and 48b), the writing part, represented here in hatched . The four parts (44) are then in the high positions. Here we are moving to the third position, from position P1 to position P2.

 Figure 37 shows the bag structure in position P3, this position allows us to have access to the contents of the bellows from the front of the structure, it will only be sufficient to close the two parts (85) and (86) of the clasp 44b, and keep the piece 44a in the high position. In this position, we can also have access, to the real content of the bag structure, for this we need to return to Figure 32 of the third structure, identical to our fourth bag structure. It should be noted that the inclination of the bellows will prevent the contents of the structure, here in the delivery book and the two sheets, from sliding and falling onto the floor of the motor vehicle.

 Figure 38 allows us as for the third bag structure to visualize the skeleton which will allow us to obtain a structure rigid enough to accept the pressure of the hand of a driver writing on the writing desk (1). The driver will have the choice for this bag structure to use to write either, at first, the inclined position P1 or even the completely high position, the position P2. The skeleton is composed as for the third structure of 12 pieces, four pieces (57) of the same length, four pieces (58) of the same length, and four pieces (59) of the same length. In this figure 38 the skeleton of the structure and the rigid writing part (1) are this time shown in a completely high position. The four parts (44a) and (44b) are positioned in the high position, position P2 in FIG. 36.

 The covering of this skeleton will be done as for the third bag structure by means of flexible parts and rigid parts, the former coming to cover the latter. The writing desk should also be covered with a flexible part that is more aesthetic than the rigid part. In fact in order to obtain rigidity we were forced to use a PVC material which was not flexible, but not aesthetic. This material is identical to the materials dà used in the previous bag structures. The specifications being the same, ie resistance to humidity, resistance to temperature and resistance to bending.

 We can now find ourselves in the situation where we want both for aesthetic reasons and for reasons of profitability to have a completely rigid product. In fact, the return on investment is much more interesting for this type of molded product, and this is the economies of scale that are achieved for the case of sales in large quantities. So we created a fifth structure, the 4th very rigid bag structure. The three figures 39, 40 and 41 represent this fifth bag structure and represent perspective views of this fifth structure, in the closed position, for Figure 39 in the open position, for Figure 40, and exploded, for Figure 41 .

 FIG. 39 therefore represents a view of the product alone, in the closed position and therefore in the writing position on which one can visualize the stop (6) and the elastic band (5) which make it possible to stabilize on one of the walls (1) of the writing desk a delivery book (3) and a pen, as for the previous structures. The arrow represents the necessary connection to the carabiner (11) and consequently to the seat (0) of the motor vehicle. This arrow also represents the stability of this bag structure on the seat (0).

 It will be possible, as in FIG. 40, to have access to the contents of this bag structure, by opening this structure via the clasps (70), by lifting the cover (64), and by stabilizing it in the high position. via part 44, this part 44 is shown alone in FIGS. 12, 13 and 14, its operation is already clearly explained for the preceding bag structures.

 This bag structure will consist of two main parts. The two parts (64) and (72) will be made of rigid plastic. These two parts will be obtained by molding. We have chosen here to manufacture its two symmetrical parts from each other and this of course for aesthetic reasons. It will however be possible to create a bag structure which is still completely rigid but with two asymmetrical parts (64) and (72). The lower part can be smaller and less bulky than the upper part, or vice versa.

 The inclination of the writing desk (1) will be obtained by creating a part 64 simply inclined with an angle a, represented in FIG. 41.

 The movement from the closed position to the open position is facilitated by the existence of the two hinges each made up of the four parts 60, 61 and 62a and 62b of FIG. 41. The part (61) slipping into the two orifices (99 ) of the two parts (62a) and (62b), in order to allow the rotation of the part (62a) relative to the part (62b), and therefore the part 64 relative to the part 72. The four screws ( 60) allow the hinges (62a) and (62b) to be fixed on the rear faces of the parts (64) and (72).

 The fixing of the elastic (5) on the surface (1) of the part (64) will be carried out by means of the two parts (63a) and (63b), these are integrated into the upper face of the part (64), during the molding of this same part. These two parts are here made of metal but can also be made of rigid plastic.

 The stop (5), as for it will be obtained by molding, directly on the part (64), the material used will therefore be a conventional PVC as for the parts (64) and (72) of this same figure.

 The part (64) on which the part (65) will be fitted, and then the part (73) on which the part 72 will be fitted, these two parts may be made of stamped metal alloy. When the parts (65) and (73) are positioned one against the other, the bag structure is closed. The closure will then be ensured by the clasps (89a and b) and (70a and b). The two male parts (66a and 66b) are positioned inside the orifices (82a and b). The clasp system (89) can be found on the market sold "complete". It will therefore be useless to manufacture specific parts.

 The connection to the carabiner (11), for the case of this structure will be ensured by the ring (14), this ring will be stabilized on the part (72) by the two parts (68) and (69), the screw ( 68) fixing the part (69) on the left side part of the low structure (72).

 The bag structure can be transported via the handle (71). It is embedded in the orifices (83) of the part (73) by the two parts (88). The handle (71) will rotate on the two small parts (88) by means of the two studs (74) which will slide on the orifices (81) of the handle and of the part (88).

 The present invention is not limited to the exemplary embodiments which have just been described, it is on the contrary liable to modifications and variants which will appear in the art.
