Abstract

Dispositif pour ouvrir facilement les emballages en coques PVC, sans déchirures du PVC qui peuvent occasionner des blessures chez les utilisateurs. L'invention concerne un dispositif permettant leur ouverture aisée par le moyen d'une languette d'inviolabilité agissant sur une prédécoupe du matériau PVC. Il est constitué d'une languette témoin (A) à découper suivant un pointillé (B) pour permettre le soulèvement du matériau (C) et tirage complet à travers le prédécoupage (D). Le dispositif, selon l'invention, est particulièrement destiné aux emballages PVC présents dans les linéaires de grande distribution alimentaire, de bricolage et des magasins spécialisés mais peut être appliqué à tous types de commerces.

Description

La présente invention concerne un dispositif pour ouvrir facilement les conditionnements, emballages ou contenants en PVC thermoformé, constitués d'une coque rigide de PVC thermoformé soudée à une seconde feuille PVC formant dos.
L'ouverture de ces coques requiert habituellement un outil coupant ou pointu couteau, cutter, tournevis, allène, etc - avec les risques de leur dérapage sur le matériau, et les blessures occasionnées par des manoeuvres malhabiles ou inexpérimentées des utilisateurs.
Les habituelles utilisations amènent également des arrachages et des déchirures aléatoires du matériau et des soudures dangereuses dans leur manipulation.
De plus, certaines formes de coques étant agrafées, les risques de blessures augmentent à leur arrachage. Le dispositif selon l'invention permet de remédier à ces inconvénients et d'ouvrir en toute sécurité.
II comporte en effet, un tracé pré-découpé en un large périmètre pour accés au produit situé à l'intérieur de la coque et une languette d'inviolabilité formant témoin d'un conditionnement intact.
II suffit de soulever cette languette vers le haut, de la couper à sa base avec une paire de ciseaux et de tirer la partie ouverte pour déchirer la partie pré-découpée et accéder ainsi au produit situé à l'intérieur de la coque.
Cette pré-découpe étant faite selon un pointillé pré-découpé sur le dos de la coque elle-même et assortie d'un pictogramme explicatif d'aide à l'ouverture.
Les dessins annexés iilustrent l'invention - La figure n01 représente en plan, le constituant du principe, avec l'indication imprimée et le pictogramme d'aide à l'ouverture.
- La figure n"2 représente la première phase relative à la préhension de la languette.
- La figure n"3 représente la seconde phase relative à la découpe de la languette.
- La figure n"4 représente la troisième phase relative au tirage vers le haut de la languette.
- La figure n"5 représente la quatrième phase relative à l'ouverture complète grâce à la prédécoupe du matériau.
Le dispositif selon l'invention est particulièrement destiné à l'ouverture facilitée de conditionnements ou emballages en PVC dans l'environnement de la Grande
Surface Alimentaire, la Grande Surface de Bricolage et des Magasins Spécialisés mais peut être appliqué à tous types de commerces.

Claims (5)

REVENDICATIONS
1) Dispositif pour ouvrir facilement les conditionnements ou emballages en
PVC thermoformé, caractérisés en ce qu'ils comportent sur l'une de leurs faces une pré-découpe du matériau facilitant l'ouverture en un parcours adapté à la forme de son contenu (dessin n"1/5).
2) Dispositif dans son rôle témoin de l'inviolabilité de conditionnement ou de l'emballage (dessin n"2/5).
3) Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par la même languette dans son rôle d'accés par découpe vers l'ouverture du conditionnement ou de l'emballage (dessin n 3/5).
4) Dispositif selon la revendication n"3, caractérisé par la préhension du matériau en vue de l'ouverture (dessin n"4/5).
5) Dispositif selon la revendication n"4, caractérisé par le déchirement complet du matériau pour l'ouverture définitive de l'emballage (dessin n"5/5).
