Abstract

The mould is made of a piece of moulded plastic 2 millimetres thick which is four sided with four lugs. The shape is designed to fit tightly inside the opening in the corner of the concrete blocks. The mould is placed in the concrete block and extends for one third of its height and fits into the opening the next concrete block. Concrete can be poured down the opening and metal bars can also be inserted.

The invention relates to a quadrangle with a quadrangular plastic shape, (fig i) in which four small pins are encased.

Such quadrilaterals are in particular intended to be nested, on corner blocks. (Fig 2)
The gabaris, such is called the invention presents at the axis of its height and on the angles thereof four pins, (fig la) so that the overlapping prevents the fall of the gabaris, in the chimney of the angle.

Said gabaris placed vertically becomes astatic, thanks to its small lugs. (Fig 3) I1 is used in particular to apply the rules of the art with simplicity
Currently the laying binder that is put on the stiffener, falls into the conduit which is used to stuff the concrete and to put the chaining in place.

However the great solidity of the concrete blocks of angles, lies in the execution of the masonry of these.

That is, by avoiding the fall of the binder in the conduit.

The problem arises as we ask

The technical resolution of the gabaris esc is well targeted, its function is to suppress the fall of the 'lant as well as to easily practice the masonry of the corner blocks.

However, its function does not stop there.

Indeed, it also serves as a template between the two corner agglos which overlap thanks to the intermediary of the said gabaris intended to remain in the masonry.

By its quadrangular shape, the gabaris perfectly matches the angle block breeze.

It is plastic.

The gabaris is not the full height of the corner block, to allow the concrete to have adhesion inside the concrete block conduit (fig 4)
Its walls are thin so as not to hinder the passage of cropping.

The gabaris installed exceeds the corner agglos by a third to guide the concrete block which will come to superimpose it (fig 5)
It will be made of plastic, which will make it extremely light.

At the dawn of the year 2000 it is a matter of the future.

The walls will not exceed 2mm, facilitating the passage of cracks.

The lugs will have a projection less than 5 mm thus allowing the superposition of the corner blocks.

The height of the gabaris will be 140 mm
Its sides will have a dimension of 140mm.

Strengths: Very easy to use, installation is quick.

When it is in position, it exceeds by a third the so-called concrete block, which allows the mortar to be laid against. (finished)
It is not unsightly because its role is to be a pipe burner, it is also a guide for the following concrete blocks.

It avoids a considerable waste.

 It removes the problem that arises every day that is due to falling mortar at the bottom of the duct.

The template will be a molded part, the realization will be easy thanks to its quadrangular shape which forms a conduit.

The room is empty by its middle thus forming the chimney.

The mold will be made in three parts allowing demolding.

It is composed of three elements (fig 6): -a body of elements a and b -a square-shaped nucleus c.

The junction of the two parts of the body is located at the axis of the pins, which allows the release.

The body of elements b is preceded by five threaded holes into which five bolts will be screwed.

The core serves as formwork for the walls of the template.

It will indeed mold the walls of the template and make the empty plastic part in the middle.

The core will be held by a screw engaged in element b.

The body of elements will in turn be bolted firmly on said element.

We will now discuss the need for industrial application.

EXAMPLE: An individual house has an average of 160 to 200 corner blocks, which is equivalent to using 190 templates.

Knowing that a considerable number of villas are being built each month, manufacturing in very large series would make it possible, on the other hand, to reduce real.sat.on costs to meet demand.

-Rev.l: Template for the installation of corner blocks, characterized in that it consists of a molded plastic part of quadrangular shape provided with four lugs; -Rev.2: Template for the installation of corner blocks according to rev.l, characterized in that the quadrangular shape is defined to perfectly fit the duct of the corner block; -Rev.3: Template for the installation of corner blocks according to Rev2, characterized in that it protrudes after positioning the angle block by one third of the height of the latter which prevents falling mortar for laying in the duct.
