Abstract
Procédé de construction para-sismique de bâtiment en béton armé et métallique. L'invention concerne un procédé de construction partiellement préfabriqué comportant un dispositif dissipant l'énergie cinétique générée par un séisme. Ce dispositif comprend un panneau sandwich néoprène frêté (1 et 2), transpercé par une tige d'acier (10), celle-ci permet la stabilité et évite les plans de glissement. Ce même panneau sandwich supporte le poids des raidisseurs (12) et des dalles de béton (16), ainsi que toutes charpentes métalliques (IPE)(21). Le panneau (1, 2 et 3), tout en absorbant les vibrations causées par un séisme, évite toute remontée d'humidité dans certaines zones inondables et dans les terrains humides. Ce dispositif absorbe également les vibrations causées par de gros véhicules roulant à proximité de cette construction. Pour les constructions avec vide sanitaire, ce système est mis en place entre les chaînages verticaux (6) et l'ensemble dalles de béton et chaînages verticaux (12) et (16) de la construction. Pour les bâtiments sans vide sanitaire, ce dispositif est mis en place entre les fondations (4), aux emplacements des chaînages verticaux (12) ou charpentes métalliques (21). Procédé applicable aux constructions individuelles et publiques équipées d'appareils sensibles, de un à trois niveaux (équipement E.D.F, pylônes électriques), maisons individuelles, chalets en bois, bâtiments métalliques, écoles. Tous les endroits publics etc.
