Abstract

The hooking means include at least two rod-engaging points below the plane of the top surface of the skirt, and consist of a hook contained within the space defined by the skirt (2), and an elongate and preferably L-shaped channel is provided in the cap for inserting the rod through the top surface (2<u>d</u>) of the skirt and guiding it into the hook.
