Abstract

The computer keyboard is fitted into a recess formed in a tray (10). The tray can be laid across the arms (12) of the user's chair, and when not in use can be raised and slid into a vertical holder attached to the side to the chair. 2.- Device according to claim 1, wherein said storage means comprise a hollow housing (11) fixed substantially vertically to said seat (1).

3.- Device according to claim 2, wherein said first displacement means comprise first vertical rail means (20) arranged inside said casing (11), said first rail means (20) cooperating with a suitable element (15), integral with said support means (10).

4.- Device according to claim 2 or 3, further comprising second displacement means (30) for moving said support means (10) between their position of use and a standby position, where access to the seat (1) is easy for the user.

5.- Device according to claim 4, wherein said second displacement means comprise second horizontal rail means (30) disposed in said housing (11), said second rail means (30) cooperating with a suitable element (15) , integral with said support means (10).

6.- Device according to claims 3 and 5, wherein said second horizontal rail means (30) are connected with said first vertical rail means (20) so that the same element (15) cooperates with the first and second means rail (20, 30).

7.- Device according to any one of the preceding claims, further comprising connecting means (17, 18) for connecting said keyboard (100) to a corresponding central unit.

8.- Device according to claim 7, wherein said connecting means comprise an infrared signal transmission device (18).

9.- Device according to any one of the preceding claims, further comprising connection means for connecting control means (19).

10. Device according to claim 9, wherein said connection means are provided in the storage means (11) or in at least one of the armrests (5) of the seat (1).

11.- Device according to any one of the preceding claims, further comprising battery means (16).

12.- Device according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein said storage means (11) are fixed on an armrest (5), respectively directly on the seat (1).

13.- Device according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein said seat (1) comprises adjustment means (40) for adjusting the height, and / or depth, and / or tilt, the position of the means of support (11), relative to the user.

14.- Device according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein said support means (10) and said storage means (11) are made of a rigid plastic material.
