Abstract

The trailer (10) is e.,g. oval in plan. The operator(s) serve e.g. pizzas and other fast-food dishes from a central well surrounded by a bar counter (14). Cooking facilities at one end are shielded by the hood (12), extending (22) over the trailer, which can be completely enclosed by lowering a pivoted visor (24). Storage areas, optionally including a cold cupboard, lie under a work surface (28) behind the counter. Up to 10 customers can sit on external perch-type seats (16), reached by retractable steps (18). The basic energy source is bottled gas. Optionally solar panels on the hood provide electrical energy, via battery storage, for decorative strip lighting (20). The vehicle need not be oval, and optionally is self-propelled.
