Abstract

The disposable device consists of a plastics sack (1), which has the form of a carton (2). Each edge of the sack is formed with a hem (6), apart from the base of the sack. A cord, for closing the sack, is fitted into the hems by the openings (4), at the upper end and central part of each of the shorter sides. The carton is designed into the base of the sack to collect the animal urine and for the protection of the bottom of the sack. The carton also is provided with a transverse crease (5), which allows it to be folded and closed. The cords are attached at the fixed points (7) to the base of the sack, and then pass up through the oblique hems, through the short vertical hems, the horizontal hems of the larger sides and the shorter sides. The cords pass, then, through the openings used in closing the sacks.
