Abstract

The indicator or signalling device comprises an upper bollard (4) and a lower anchorage peg (3). The anchorage peg is intended to be driven into the ground and may have a cross-shaped cross-section. The edges of the cross-shaped peg may include projecting barbs (5) in order to anchor the peg securely and prevent its withdrawal from the ground. The top of the peg carries a circular collar (10) with a truncated conical section. This defines a shoulder (12) beneath the collar. The bollard (4) for mounting on the peg may have a truncated conical shape or may be a pyramid. It includes a hole (15) formed in the centre of its base of a suitable size to fit tightly over the collar on the peg.
