Abstract

The modular assembly consists of at least two series of rods (1-18), of which the length (l) and the width (d) vary simultaneously and progressively for each rod with reference to each adjacent rod. Each series of rods has a base length, which is predetermined. At least one group of removable necks (19) carry a support stem (21) designed to receive the femoral heads (22). The necks are inclined an angle (A), which is different on the range of associated bases (23), which are formed as the end part (25) of the rod modules.
