Abstract

The trailer has a coupling (56) with a directional shaft (80). The bale loading system (58) comprises two side-by-side ramps (60,62) which are parallel to the trailer's longitudinal axis. There is a central separator (72) comprising an inverted V with lateral rails (68,70) for holding and guiding the bales. An actuator moves the separator from the trailer platform surface between a top position, covering the platform and separating two passages defined by the ramps, and a lower position in which it is retracted, placing the two passages in communication. An actuator (76) and a chain (78) enable handling of the bales from the front to the rear and from the rear to the front.

The present invention relates to a self-loading waggon trailer intended to transport cylindrical bales of fodder, and to supply a wrapper continuously
Currently these operations require the use of three tractors - a tractor which tows a trailer, - a tractor equipped with a front loader which carries out the char
management and unloading of the trailer, - a tractor which operates the wrapper, and three operators.

 The trailer which is the subject of the invention driven by a tractor which supplies the hydraulic energy necessary for its operation as well as that of the wrapper, makes it possible to carry out all of the operations described above with a single operator. .

Claims (7)

 1) Device for loading, transporting, unloading, supplying a continuous wrapper with cylindrical bales of fodder, characterized in that it comprises two loading arms (2) actuated by a jack (9), an iron transport path to horse, a drive chain (6) on which are articulated arms (5).  2) Device according to claim 1 characterized in that the drive chain (6) is actuated by a hydraulic motor (10).  3) Device according to claim 2 characterized in that the articulated arms (5) are fixed to the drive chain (6) by means of fixing lugs (18) and held in the thrust position by squaring lugs ( 12) which bear on the guide rail (11).  4) Device according to claim 2 characterized in that a start switch (21) allows the start of the drive chain (6) as soon as the bale is deposited on the transport path and a stop switch (22) stops the drive chain (6) as soon as the space required for the next bale is freed. The neutralization of the stop switch (22) allows continuous unloading.  5) Device according to claim 1 characterized in that the transport path consists of cylindrical rollers (4) in its rectilinear part, conical rollers (16) on its curved part of guides (7) for holding balls.  6) Device according to claim 1 characterized in that the jack (9) fixed on the drawbar (8) allows the lateral displacement of the trailer so as to place the left part of the transport path in the longitudinal axis of the bower .  7) Device according to claim 1 characterized in that the loading arms (9) actuated by a jack (9) allows to take the bales on the ground and deposit them on the transport path without stopping the trailer.
