Abstract

The appts. comprises a cylindrical vessel (1) covered with a lid (2) in the form of a hinged semi-circular flap pierced with an opening (3) to locate a filling funnel (4) incorporating a filter element (5). The vessel is fitted with handles (7,8) to allow easy handling and a spout (6) permits fluid to be transferred to a fire extinguisher. A level gauge (12) is incorporated into the side of the vessel with calibrations (14) to indicate the volume of fluid.
