Abstract

The sorter consists of a scanner (1) which reads bar codes on the containers and recognises their colours. The scanner is linked to an index recording the colours of all containers of domestic liquid products in everyday use and the type of plastic from which it is made. The containers are fed to a vertical conveyors with scoops (2) which tip them onto horizontal belt conveyors (3) according to their type. The horizontal conveyors drop the containers into different bins (4).

La présente innovation concerne une machine pour trier les déchets plastiques ménagers de type corps creux rigides, c'est à dire les emballages pour liquides, qui se trouvent dans des conteneurs suite à l'apport volontaire.
