Abstract

Le dispositif à double paroi (18) comprend une feuille (1) de matière souple constituant une double paroi, par exemple de forme sensiblement tubulaire (19) et fermée par un fond (20), une deuxième face étant disposée à l'intérieur et une première face (6) à l'extérieur de la double paroi, une substance rigidifiante étant disposée à l'intérieur d'au moins une partie de la double paroi, les bords longitudinaux (2, 3) étant disposés sensiblement superposés, et longitudinalement par rapport à ladite forme tubulaire (19), chaque bord d'extrémité (4, 5) étant respectivement resserré par un moyen de fermeture (9) disposé à l'intérieur de la double paroi. Le procédé de fabrication du dispositif à double paroi (18) comprend notamment une étape de mise en forme sensiblement tubulaire de la feuille (1), une étape de fermeture des extrémités de la forme tubulaire au moyen de colliers (9), et l'application d'une colle ou résine à l'intérieur de la double paroi à l'aide d'un support (11). Application à la fabrication de sacs (18) ou chapeaux en tissu rigides ou semi-rigides.
