La structure est caractérisée par un rapport l/L tel que 0,7 < UL < 0,9 quand I correspond à une largeur de parking en sous-sol avec allée centrale de circulation et que l'emprise du sous-sol correspond rigoureusement au plancher rez-de-chaussée.DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
