Abstract

Procédé d'obtention d'un papier nervuré à effet décoratif caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à utiliser du papier type "cristal" à le froisser puis à le plonger à l'état froissé dans un bain de teinture de sorte que le papier soit teinté dans sa masse, la teinture fusant dans les nervures obtenues par le froissage, puis à l'égoutter et à l'étendre pour le faire sécher et enfin à l'aplatir par repassage de façon à obtenir un effet cloqué de surface.

Description

DESCRIPTION
La présente invention concerne un procédé de transformation du papier CRISTAL " pour obtention d'un papier nervuré à effet décoratif.
Ce papier utilisé actuellement et essentiellement par les fleuristes pour ltemballage de laçmarchandise n'a nas de dérivé connu en matière de papier décoratif.
Le procédé de fabrication se déroule selon les étapes suivantes.
Etape I t PROISSAGE DU PAPIER
Le papier est froissé avec précaution et en boule.
Etape 2 : TEINTURE A CHAUD
Le papier froissé est plongé dans un bain de nigment de teinture à chaud porté à ébullition ( 950 )
Le papier est teinté dans la masse et la teinture a fusé dans les nervures obtenues par le froissage du papier.
Etape 3 : SECHAGE DU PAPIER
Le papier teinté est égoutté en boule et étendu au dessus de résistances chauffantes oui sèchent le papier totalement.
Etape 4 : REPASSAGE DU PAPIER
Le papier est déplié et repassé à fer trés chaud afin de l'applatir et de provoquer un effet cloaué sur sa surface.
Le papier nervuré à effet décoratif trouve de multiples applications telles que la fabrication d'accessoires de papeterie, emballage et cartonnage de prestige, enveloppe et papier en feuilles A 4 et A3.
En décoration et ameublement, ce papier sert au tenture murale, au papier-peint, au décor et panneau lumineux.
L'intérêt d'un tel tanner à des fins décoratives est obtenu par sa transparence et son effet nervuré,obtenu d'une manière plus générale grâce à un procédé d'obtention d'un papier nervuré à effet décoratif caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à utiliser du papier type "cristal",à le froisser puis à le plonger à l'etat froissé dans un bain de teinture de sorte aue le papier soit teinté dans sa masse,la teinture fusant dans les nervures obtenues par le froissage,puis à I'égoutter et à l'étendre pour le faire sécher, et enfin à l'aplatir par repassage de facon à obtenir un effet cloaué de surface.
